I woke up on a bed softer than the clouds, and believe me, clouds are soft. I would know. I reached up to my head, which I immediately regretted. Pain washed through my head as I placed my hand on the huge gash there. I was not the strongest, so I passed out. Again.

This time, I woke up in a slightly harder bed with my head wrapped up with bandages. It wasn't my whole head, so thankfully I could see. I looked around the room, only to see that I was in the hospital. I looked around to see Rosa, Annabeth, Salina, and some other people I had never seen. Annabeth and Salina were the first ones to see I was awake and they ran to my side. They both gave me a gentle hug, and Annabeth said, "Someone's here to see you." And then the people I didn't know came up to me. They looked about 40, and they both had warm smiles. The woman had dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, and tan skin. The man had dark hair, green eyes, and tan skin too.
"Hi Emma," the man said softly. "My name is Andy, and this is my wife, Ellen."
Ellen waved, then tried to talk, but no words came out. Instead, she started crying. Andy walked her back to the chairs they were waiting in.
Rosa came up and gave me another gentle hug and said,
"You really should know those people. You're related you know." She smiled mysteriously and popped into thin air. I thought. And thought. And thought. And thought. My aunt and uncle didn't know I exist, my grandparents are dead (and could NOT be 40), and that was all the people I knew. But what about...
I gasped and looked at the mysterious couple.
"You're, you're..."
"Yes." Ellen chocked. "We're back."
