5:00 A.M-Wake Up
6:00 A.M-3:00 P.M- School
3:30 P.M-5:00 P.M-Vocal and Rapping Training
5:10 P.M-7:00 P.M-Dancing Training
7:10 P.M-8:20 P.M-Language Lesson (For Foreigners Trainees)
8:20 P.M-8:40 P.M-Dinner
9:30 or before 9:30 the trainees should be in the dorm.

(Saturday and Sunday)
6:30 A.M-Wake Up
7:30 A.M-The trainees should be in the company.
8:00 A.M-10:00 A.M Vocal Training
10:A.M-11:30 A.M-Rap Training
11:30-12:20 A.M-Lunch
12:30-2:00 P.M-Dance Training
2:00-5:00 Act Training
5:00-6:30-Language Lesson (For Foreign Trainees only)
9:00 or 9:30 the trainees should be in the dorm.
