Goodbye Dan

I set the letters down on Dans desk.
I covered my face and just broke down in a puddle of tears, I was sobbing uncontrollably.
It felt like my heart was ripped out of me.
The pain was to much to bear.
It's not fair, why did he have to be taken from me?
He gave me a forever, one that I'll never forget.
Just reading all of the letters he wrote for me, all of our memories together from all the years, up to just yesterday.
The last note he wrote for me.
The last words he wrote for me.
That's all I have left to look back on, the things he wrote for me.
Of course I had all of the YouTube videos from years ago, but that would be to much at the moment.
But I'll never forget the very first time I met Dan, so many years ago.
My first ever memory with him.
He stood before me, his hair a fringe already, wearing all black, as usual.
And his eyes a sweet chocolate brown.
I'll never forget, that side smile he always gave me.
It always gave me butterflies.
And oh I'll never forget falling in love with him.
We were on the beach, the sunset was beautiful, almost like cotton candy pink
Anyways, we just sat there and looked at me with that beautiful smile I'll never forget. I just knew I was in love, I always will be, even though he's gone.
My love will never fade for you Daniel howell.
He gave me a forever, within the years we had together.
He changed my life in the best way possible.
Our love story was beautiful, one that should never be forgotten.
Our stories will live on, as it should.
On YouTube it will be forever.
Our journey, from the very beginning.
