I went to go get frozen yogurt. But, Mason actually did go up to me when the rest of his friends left. Just when I thought he was going to change his mind about being a rude guy he said this.
"The professor said that if I didn't work with you he was automatically going to drop my score."
"So, you actually want to work together now."
"I don't but, I have to."
"Well you can come to my dorm and work on it tomorrow."
"Okay."
At least he wasn't as rude as I thought he would be but, he wasn't nice either.
Next day after class
"So, you didn't tell us what Mason said yesterday."
"He just said that the teacher was going to drop his score if he didn't work with me."
"So, now he needs you to be his partner."
"Yea, and he's coming over to the dorm today."
"We'll leave then."
"You don't have to."
"But, we will."
When Mason came over
"I just want to finish this project and then go back to my dorm."
I was tired of his complaining about everything so without thinking about what I was going to say, I just said it.
"Can you stop complaining because all I hear from you is I don't want to work with you."
He didn't say anything, and then I said this so I could get the project over with.
"We're going to work on the project and you can do whatever you want later."
