10 years later:
jasey now sits in an orphanage. for 10 years and 6 months. jasey is the oldest now. nearly 16. she's never been adopted, but has been thrown into many foster homes. they're all bad. every single one complained she was a little off, a little too old, a little too talkative or a little too quite. each home simply looked over jasey and moved on to the younger sister or brother. jasey has never had friends let alone a boyfriend. until one lonely night. when a 16 year old boy is suddenly dumped into jaseys room. he's confused and obviously lost.jaseys pov:
"ils arrivent! ils arrivent! ils arrivent!"
i slowly begin to open my eyes. I'm greeted by a dirty looking boy.
"um who are you?" I ask calmly.
"zey are coming" he yells back
"who what, I'm sorry who is coming?" I'm so confused.
"ils arrive-"
the boy is cut off by our head mistress rushing in.
"JASEY YOU HAVE WOKEN UP THE WHOLE FLOOR WHAT NONSENSE COULD BE THIS IMPORTANT!" she yells. as usual.
"no no no miss Shelby it's not me, it's this boy?" I state or ask..
"a boy? jasey it is after hours you must know the rules by now! a boy?! jasey you are always causing trouble, always. maybe that's why you're still here!? oh never mind that tell me who this child is! how did he get here?"
"he kind of fell in here, he came in yelling and shit-"
"JASEY"
"sorry, but really I didn't do anything this time"
as she starts yelling again, most likely waking up the whole orphanage, I take time to look at the boy. he's shaking, and his bright blue eyes are darting around the room, he slowly moves into the corner. I move closer to him. I walk to where he's planted, and bend down. very cautiously I extend my hand. he looks at it then takes it in his. thank god he understood.
"hi I'm jasey" I yell, only because miss bitch is still screaming, for security now.
"hello jasey I'm James" he says in a deep French like voice. we just look at each other until miss Shelby pulls me away and pushes me out the door along with James. she takes us both by the ear, drags us down the hall and into the discipline room. for the next 24 hours we must not speak, eat, or even ask to go to the bathroom.
welcome to miss Shelbys home for hopelessly lost orphans James, hope your stay is enjoyable.

Novela Juvenilhoping my night could be better than theirs in the end. just say when a story in which a teenage girl falls in love. typical right? although jasey is far from "typical."
