Magic Academy

Chapter 1

Violet POV

I woke up to birds chirping outside my window. "Onee-Chan wake up!!!" My little brother said. "I am awake you idiot." I bluntly said. "Oh sorry..." He  said and started crying... I started to freak out and said, "NO NO! I'M SORRY!! TELL YOU WHAT, I'LL BUY YOU ICE CREAM RIGHT NOW!" My little brother's eyes widened before saying, "Ok!" with a gentle smile. My face turned pale and I sweat-Dropped.

I took a shower, dried and brushed my long dark hair, and wore my everyday outfit. (You will see her everyday outfit on the chapter about Violet, which is the chapter before this one) Once I got out of the bathroom, I saw a group of men that looked a little bit like the SWAT team except in tuxedos...

 "Ummm Can I help you with anything?" I asked. "Miss, we will be taking you to Magic Academy. For we have found out that you possess a powerful magical energy within you. We have also, found out that you are the Winter and Moon goddess, you have a special ability, and you specialize in guns." They said while smirking. I clenched my fists and teeth. How did they find out?! I cleared my throat and said, "Um excuse me.....um whatever you are. But I don't know what you're talking about" I saw that I have angered the men. One of them put their gun to my little bro's head and threatened to shoot him. I panicked.

Tears were threatening to come out, but I held them in to look strong. They smirked and said, "Miss Violet, If you refuse, surely we will have to go to extreme lengths to get you to come. After all, That Scarlet friend of yours is there waiting for you already." I clenched my fists even more causing my nails to peel my skin.

Just then, my little brother tugged gently on the hem of my dress and shook his head slowly. My eyes widened then slowly tears came out. I knelt down to his level, hugged him, and whispered to him, "For sure, Next time for sure, big sis will take you out for ice cream..." He nodded and said, "Mhm, next time for sure!" Then, he smiled but couldn't hold in the tears. He let them all out. I was about to pack my stuff but the men stopped me and said, "No need to pack your stuff Snowfall, we will provide everything for you there. I nodded and followed them out.

 Once we got to the door I lip-synced these words, "Thank you..... for everything. You have taught me so much that I could have never been able to learn alone!"

Even though, my words were lip-synced, The message got through. Mrs. Pate- I mean Mother, covered her mouth with her hands and started crying while father was comforting both the child and his wife.

With one last smile, I turned and got into the car I thought about all the times I spent with them, starting from when they first picked me up from the orphanage, to this morning. I was dozing off and soon fell asleep. What I didn't know was, there were a couple other kids around my age that were taken away to go to Magic academy like me, in the same car. I also, didn't know that I fell asleep on a guy's shoulder and he was scared of GIRLS!
