Niall sat by the bed resting his head on your lap with his eyes closed holding the tears he knew they were going to escape his eyes any time soon "Niall?" you say weakly.

Niall looks up at you with a sad expression in his face "Yes?" "can I ask you for a favour?" you ask him trying to seat on the bed. He stands up trying to seat you "Yes do you want me to get the nurse? Do you need anything...? Do you want me to get you- you stop him " Niall... its not any of that".

He sits down "oh...ok, love what is it?" "Can you sing to me?" you ask him. He starts singing your favourite song by his band "Moment" , after a few seconds he chokes up and begins crying, looking down.

Your eyes widened you always hated to see him cry you begin touching his hair trying to calm him "Niall listen im ok" you say "please...dont cry" he looks up at you theres alot of tears streaming down his face "How could you say your ok when you know your dying? and then ask me not to cry."

"Niall..." you say your voice breaking. He stands up more tears stearing his face "No your dying how can you expect me to be ok? How can you expect me to be strong for us?" you bite your lip shaking your head with wide eyes, "I'm not asking you to do anything" He shakes his head and sits down "Its not fair" "im sorry" you say he cleans his eyes "No...im sorry." after a few seconds of silence you speak.

"How do you think I feel?" you ask him. He shakes his head speechless cleaning the tears left in his blue eyes. "I wont be able be a mum we wont gwt married and-" you say a few tears escaping your eyes. Niall stands up and hugs you tightly laying on the hospital bed beside you, he cries into your shoulder.

After a few minutes you guys finally stop cryingand you look at him, "Niall?" "Yes?" he says looking at you "Can ask you for one last favour?" you say bitting your cheeks to stop your self from beginning to cry "anything". He assures you. "Will you promis me that you will get married...and be happy?" you ask tears escaping your eyes.

His eyes widen and his lips tremble as he shakes his head "Please , Niall...you have to promise me" you say cryingin despration. " I cant ... I cant do that!" he screams tears escaping his eyes I cant say good bye to you "promise me Niall James Horan" you order. He nods, bitting his lip and cleaning his tears with one hand " I-I promise"you smile in between tears

"oh and Niall..?" "Yes [y/n]" Niall choked out "will you promise me you...you wont forget me?" you ask trying to stop the tears from escaping. "I promise...I love you" he cried out "I love you too...Niall...always. . .forever." you say closing your eyes with a smile on your lips and tears on your cheeks. At least, you could rest in peace.
