You all arrived at a cave you learned was vacant. You all agreed that it would be a good place to sleep for the night, so you all assigned jobs for everyone so you could get camp going.
Sylvia was in charge of the fire/firewood, Wander was in charge of the sleeping bags and 'interior design',and you were in charge of gathering food.
You got a basket from Wander's hat, setting out to get food. You saw blueberries, plucked the ripe ones and placed them in the basket. To your right, you found a large tree full of ripe fruit to pluck. You pulled off the large fruits and placed them in the basket. You thought to yourself, I don't think this will be enough for all of us....
You climbed up a tree and grabbed three large eggs from a nest. You climbed down, three eggs in your arms. You placed them in the basket and headed back to the cave.
You noticed a light inside the cave and assumed Sylvia had already started the fire. The closer you stepped, the more talking you heard.
"I don't know, Sylvia. I like her and all, but...I don't want to be her friend anymore. She's just so....different..."
"I understand, buddy. I've never seen anyone like her in my life." Sylvia said.
You felt your heart drop. He felt....like that? He didn't wanna be your friend anymore...? Tears formed in the corners of your eyes and fell down the side of your face. You dropped the basket, running as far away as you could. As far away from the one you loved.
