There i stood
Unwanting, speechless,
I saw her,
My parents devouring all their poison in the drink.
I saw her put the poison,
I was the evidence,
She was never 'innocent' or 'pure',
She was evil, 'the perfect princess'.
My parents were always blinded but their children,
But when I was adopted,
It all stopped,
