Quick Author note:

Hello, hello, guys! Can you believe it? October. I could have sworn I just flipped my calender to January. Oh well. On to the good stuff.

I don't really know where the idea for this came from... The Hunger Games was a sort of "base", due to the dystopian nature of this all. Other than that, I was just playing around with the idea one night (after a fun 11-hour shift) and... Words just kept comming.

Hm, I don't know if you would even call this a 'warning'? Or something? But, I guess if pregnancy-related things in a dystopian life is touchy (hey, pregnancy can be for some) then... Warning? The story takes place in a (rather bad) time where the high class have the option to, well, essentially choose their baby's genetics. At the Saint Rose Genetic Donor Facility, there are the 'donors' who are monitered and, if selected, are picked to create the choosing couple's offspring. (That, uh, process isn't detailed.)

A baby with blue eyes, black hair, and the potential to be tall as an adult? Saint Rose will go through the charts, bring a selection of the most qualified genetic donors/people, and then give the option for the choose-ies to meeet with them, talk, and then select who they deem fit. You know, to give a more personal experiance.

Enough jibber-jabber! I really do enjoy writing this and I'm very excited to pick this back up. Lilli is one tough gal and I find myself smirking or laughing along while writing.

Alright. I hope you guys and gals will decide to read and enjoy!                                ---- Ana  :}
