When the sun rises once more, giving hopes for all of the living things.
When the light comes from all places, the world which we all thought would never be saved is once again coming back to life.
New hopes are born. The children of this world who once knew only fear, are now smiling. The war has ended. Everything is
starting to come back. The laughter, the hopes, the peace. It's been years since the war ended, leaving the villagers with scars which would never be forgotten, yet everyone seems to be doing well. Making up for the things which happened in the past, trying to make a better world.A man stood in silence, his raven colored hair is now reaching his shoulders. Wearing a long black coat, he's making his steps to a place that he knows very well. A village. Konohagakure, a place where everything should begin as new. Especially after his journey of redemption.
Frankly, he would be thinking that his journey would never be enough. It's nothing compared to all the things he had done in the past where he lived through hell. In his own hatred. But the reason behind his decision for coming back is clear. He could still hear her voices in his sleeps. Her scent which is owned by nobody else but her. A pair of emerald eyes which speaks for love. A woman who's even more beautiful than a cherry blossom.
Haruno Sakura.
She's one of the very few people wh'o's been in his mind ever since he took his steps out of the village. And the one who would never give up on saving him from his own pitch black hatred. The one out of the very few people who's crazy enough to keep waiting for him eventhough she knew exactly that he would be never coming back.
"I don't even deserve her.", the raven haired whispered to himself as he's now making his way inside the village. Reports to the Hokage can wait. He needs to fulfill his most important promise first. A promise he made back then when he realized that he got a place to come home.

"So, today's the day huh?", the pinkette said to herself as she stands under a blooming cherry blossom tree.
A smile formed on her face, remembering that exact moment when the man who she has been loving finally returned her feelings.
A pair of emerald eyes are now gazing to the view on her front. A beautiful village indeed. Was she stupid to forgive him ? The memories of the raven haired when he tried to kill her flashed in her mind.
Was that a stupid decision to keep waiting for someone this long?
Is that a wrong idea to keep loving someone after all of the awful things he had done ?No.
She lets a small chuckle slipping out her pink lips.
She is crazy. Yes she is.
She's crazy enough to risk her life for someone she loves so dearly.
She knows.
She knows his pain. His wounds.
She absolutely understood his state of mind during that time. When all the world seemed so meaningless for him.
She understands his hatred. But now, it's all worth it. Knowing that her efforts are not lost in vain. A dream that she has been dreaming about. A world she has been longing for. The time when he finally realized that wherever he may go, however long she must wait.
She would stand in this place. Stand for him. And be his home.Sasuke's POV
I made my steps even further into the village. Knowing for sure that she would be standing in the exact same place. This woman who managed to see me through all the masks I've been putting on, the woman who I thought would just simply leave me behind.
The first woman I've ever trust my heart to.Sometimes I would wonder. What could possibly make her be so naive, trusting someone who could possibly killed her in the past. And yet, she was able to forgive me was beyond my imagination. How could someone be that strong? A girl who used to break on her tears in the past is now the only woman in my life who I would acknowledge as strong.
How much has time changed her ?A glintch of soft pink hair caught my eyes. A pair of emerald eyes are now locked into a certain direction. She's looking at the village.
I made my steps as calm as possible. Knowing clearly that she has sensed my existence, I put a thin smile as I walk closer.Author's POV
The pinkette who's dressed in a red dress with a proud Haruno clan symbol on her back is now throwing her gaze to the raven haired man.
She made her small steps towards him. She wants to simply run and just burry her face into him this very exact moment. But, no, she's pretty calm and collected as she walked towards him with a warm smile on her face. The raven haired man is now standing face to face with the woman who he has been missing a lot. Words aren't even needed right now. Looking at her green emerald eyes is enough to tell him whatever she would want to say.
"Sakura", he called out for her in a low voice, most likely a whisper. His heart is now full of warmth and comfort.
"You're back.", answered the pinkette as she gave him a soft reasurring smile. They are lost in each other's eyes for a moment. Being unable to put their emotions into words are their weakness. But, no words are needed.
The raven haired man reached his arm out and hug the pinkette. As her tears start falling down, he put his head on her shoulder.
"Yes, I'm back. As promised."
He's grateful that on the end of the day, he would still have someone to rely on. Knowing clearly that he had been relying on himself all this time.
And the fact that right now he's able to have a place to go. Somewhere for him to rest assured. A place where he finally feels that he belongs there. A place that he once lost before.
"Welcome home, Sasuke-kun.", the pinkette whispered as they took their time to let all of the unspoken feelings out.
A peaceful smile is now formed the raven haired man as he brings the woman he treasures the most closer to him.
"Once again. Thank you....Sakura."
