Chapter 14

Len's P.O.V
I woke up at 8:00 in the morning. Damn. Yesterday was fricken intense.
There was a knock on my bedroom door. "Yeah?" I said.
"You good? You stormed in the house yesterday and didn't say anything to me." Rin said.
"Yeah I'm fine. Just a little pissed from yesterday."
"Okay, well if you wanna talk about it then I'm here.."
"Kay, thanks."
I heard her walk back downstairs.
All I can think about is that man. That man the untied (y/n)'s swimsuit. That man I punched in the face.
I'm starting to hate public pools.
I didn't do anything last night but eat potato chips and drink soda. Not cool.
I'll just run it off. I brushed my teeth and changed into a sweatshirt and gym shorts. I slipped on my tennis shoes.
"I'm going for a run!" I said.
"Shhh!" Rin said. "Mom and dad are still sleeping. Be careful"
I just threw a peace sign at her and left.
I ran around the neighborhood for about 10 minutes before taking a break on a nearby bench. I kinda feel bad.
I wonder how (y/n) feels about yesterday. She probably got pissed too.
I saw her cross her arms and just look out her window. I didn't even say
'I love you' back to her. I'm a dick.
I should probably text her.
"Hey baby. I'm sorry about yesterday. I love you." I said. I sent the text. She's probably still sleeping.

Your P.O.V
I woke up at fricken 7:30 in the morning to Meiko jumping up and down on me.
"Meiko! What the hell!?"
Meiko was squealing.
"I HAD A NIGHTMARE (y/n)!"
"Okay, it was just a dreaaaamah!"
I said. Then I put my pillow over my head.
"BUT IT WAS A SCAAAARY DREAM!"
Welp, I'm not getting anymore sleep soon. I got out of bed, used the bathroom, then brushed my teeth.
I made two plates of bacon and eggs.
While we ate we watched tv. It was about 8:25 when I got a text from Len.
Awe. He apologized. How sweet.
"It's okay baby, I'm sorry too." I replied. I was smiling at my phone like an idiot and Meiko was over my shoulder in 2 seconds.
"Watcha smilin' at?" She asked
"Nothing.." I said turning my phone the opposite way.
"Ugh, whatever." She pouted then continued gnawing on a piece of bacon.
"What do you wanna do today?"
She said, staring into space with a piece of bacon hanging from her mouth.
"I dunno. What do you wanna do to day?" I asked.
"There's a fair going on today!"
Meiko said.
"How do you know?"
"I totally forgot to tell you yesterday.
While we were in Len's car, we drove past a sign that said there would be a fair near the park! They even already had all the stuff ready. But you two were too pissed to even notice it."
I was a little surprised.
"Oh... Did I really miss that?"
"Yeah."
A fair does sound pretty fun.
"We can go tonight. We'll invite Len, Miku, Rin, and Kaito."
I said.
"YAY!" Meiko squealed.
"Wait! I need a cute outfit..."
She said.
"What?"
"I NEED a cute outfit! This is a fair! I don't know who I might run into! I need to look goooood!"
Ugh. Typical Meiko. What am I gonna do with her?
"Okay we'll go shopping then."
I said.
"Yay! Thanks."

We went to the park and ran around. Meiko said she wanted to get a little fit before the fair. What's gotten into her? I mean, the cute clothes I get. But she's already so skinny. Is it someone she likes? Just then I remembered.

"K-Kaito's pretty cute..." Meiko said blushing.
*end of short flashback xD*

Oh! She likes Kaito! That's it! Oh my god this is great! I started running around faster with a little more excitement. I was so excited that I tripped over a rock and fell on my side. I just masked the pain with excitement, not caring who saw me. Luckily no one saw but Meiko and a woman with 3 kids. The lady was going to help me but Meiko beat her to me. The lady just mouthed the words "are you okay?" I gave her a thumbs up and she nodded her head. "Oh my god (y/n) are you okay?" Meiko asked me.
"Y-yeah, I'm actually great. Let's go shopping now!" I said.
"Now? How come?"
"I just realized I want a cute outfit too. And I think this really cute clothing store is having a sale today."
I replied. I honestly just want to help her with her outfit picking because I know what Kaito likes.
We jogged to the cute store, which was only 6 minutes away on foot.
We walked in and saw the most amazing clothes. There were cute tank tops and sweaters, shorts with matching top pieces, dresses, fedoras, beanies, jewelry, shoes, and perfume. Perfect.
I grabbed Meiko's hand and took her to the section with shorts and matching tops. (Looks like the picture on the bottom)

Kaito loves the color blue (obviously).
So I grabbed a light blue crop top with a darker shade of blue shorts. I grabbed a size small and put them in Meiko's arms. "Go try this on!" I said.
"Okay!"
Meiko walked out. She looked gorgeous. "Wowww." I said.
Meiko giggled.
"This is cute and all but I'm not sure.."
Meiko said, taking a second look in the mirror. I guess I did push it a little.
"Well, you can try other stuff too!"
I said. Meiko changed back into her clothes and put the outfit back. She went over to the dress section.
Of course, she picked out a red dress.
It was pretty gorgeous though.
It had sleeves and it went down to her knees. (Dress looks like the picture on the bottom)

She tried it on. As soon as she walked out of the changing room she looked at me and said "What do you think?"
She twirled. It looked amazing on her.
"You look amazing!" I said.
"R-really..."
"Honestly. You're gorgeous."
I said. Meiko checked the price. It was one of the items on sale. It was $19.99.
The original price was $34.99.
She could afford it. Now it was my turn to find an outfit. I went back to the sweater section. I picked out a (f/c) sweater. It was loose, but not too baggy. (Sweater looks like picture on bottom, but in your favorite color.)

Then I picked out some jean shorts. They had a rip design on them.
My outfit costed 25 dollars. Affordable.
We bought our outfits and took a bus to my neighborhood. After we got there, we walked to my house. We walked in and placed the bags on my bed.
Sailor ran in and jumped on me.
"Eww, Sailor your breathe stinks!" I said. I pushed sailor off and pet him on the head. I refilled his bowls with water and dog food. It was still 11:30 in the morning. Ugh, I wish it was night already. We're not going during the day because so many little kids will be there. Meiko and I just had lunch.
Soon after lunch, Meiko was on the floor doing push-ups. "Meiko..."
I said. "I NEED A GOOD BODY."
Meiko said. "MEIKO YOUR BODY IS FINE." I said.
Meiko stopped and got up.
"Really?" She said. "Yes, really."
"Aweee thanks (y/n)!" She hugged me.
We were watching (favorite movie)
Then ended up falling asleep.
I woke up at 6:30 PM.
"SHIT! WHY DID WE SLEEP FOR SO LONG?" I shouted. That made Meiko jump up. She checked her phone.
"It's already 6:30?! What the hell?"
"We still have time." I said
We both brushed our teeth again, since we'd been sleeping. Then we both took showers and started putting on our clothes.

Meiko's P.O.V
I was the first to take a shower.
I grabbed my dress from the bag and took the tag off. I put it on. I just looked at myself in the mirror. I twirled around a bit. I'm so nervous. I picked out this dress for someone special..
I wonder if Len will like it....
