Wolves were being shot down and spears by the dozens. The village hunters invaded our territory. We fought back as much as we could. There were a lot of us but more of them. They had weapons of all sorts, they wanted us dead. "Toby! Help!" As the omega of the pack, I fought back. My pups were at risk. I couldn't handle losing another pup. I lost two pups at birth, leaving me with four. Toby rushed to my side, " Angelia, what happened?" My tail had been speared down to the ground. After a few tries, the Alpha male managed to get my tail free.
