As I got off the phone with Danny Anna walked into my room and said "are you ok?" "I don't know it's just this morning was ok this afternoon was a tragedy and just now it was creepy" "how was it creepy?" Anna said "well I just got off the phone with Danny and he said he's coming over right now and also howww did he get my number and our address hmm..." then as soon as I said that I heard the door bell ring and Anna gets up and runs to the door snickering. I heard faintly of what Anna said to Danny "she's in her room down the hall on the right" then as soon as the conversation ends I hear footsteps coming towards my door and as my door opens slowly I sit on my bed hugging my knees to my chest and start crying not because I want to see Danny's reaction to me but because I was thinking of my parents.

Danny POV

As I open the door slowly I hear Nicole crying and then I open the door all the way and see her sitting on her bed with her knees to her chest crying and I come up beside her and give her a big hug and tell her "everything will be alright".

Nicole POV

As he sits down beside me I can feel the bed shift over to one side and he grabs me in a tight hug and tells me "everything will be alright" but I know everything is not alright "no nothing is alright my p-p-parents are dead and there is nothing I can do" then I just start balling my eyes out again as Danny pulls me in for another hug I squeeze his waist tightly telling him to not let me go even though we have only met once I feel some kind of connection.

"Dinners ready" Anna yells as Danny picks me up off my bed and we walk down the hall to the kitchen table. As I sit at my seat I can smell the great aroma of dinner and damn does it smell good Anna is a great cook and I love every single meal she makes as Danny sits beside me he puts his arm around me and I slightly shake it off.

When dinner is finished Anna cleans the kitchen and we all head to the living room and we watch my favorite movie the hobbit....... As the movie finishes Danny goes home and I go to bed and I pull the covers over my chest I stare at my ceiling and try to tell myself that my parents aren't dead and that they are still at Ashley's.

As I wake up I hear whining like from and animal or something so I walk down the hall into the kitchen and see nothing and the sound seems to be coming from outside so I go to the front door and open it only to see a German Shepherd puppy sitting in a cage at my door step and I see a note and read it "I've been following you for a long time and now that your parents are gone this will be much easier" then after I read that I drop the note and grab the puppy and lock the door and run to my room. Then I put the puppy on the floor and get it some food and water we still had some dog food left over from our last dog but he died two days before my parents. As I walked in to my room I saw Anna sitting on the floor playing with him and I put the food and water dishes in his cage and put and blanket in his cage so that when we are at school he will be comfortable and warm " where did you get this puppy from Nicole?" Anna said in a laughing voice "I found it at the door this morning it had this weird note attached to it's cage it said that someone has been following us and now that my parents are dead it's going to be easier. What does it mean by that? Do you think someone is tricking us or something" "I don't know maybe let's just leave it be for now and get to school before we are late" Anna said while getting up off my bedroom floor to get ready for school...... As I'm putting my hair up Anna yells at me "Nicole are you ready yet we have to go" "Just a minute" I yell back as I pet the puppy grab my keys and head for the front door.

The bell rings for mine and Anna's first classes "Great first day of school and we are already late" Anna says in a pissed off tone "Hey do you guys know where your going haha" As Danny comes up behind us putting his arms around me and Anna escorting us to class even though we actually do know where we are going.
