The Worst (Part 2)

Pilar pov

I was being wheeled into surgery and at this point I don't know wither I'm going to make it or not. Am I ever going to see my baby girl again? Can I trust Dana with the baby? Is my daughter going to be motherless?

"Okay Miss Crossman we're going to put you under now" I heard the surgeon say

Dana pov

I was sitting in the police station, in handcuffs. I looked around and realized there's other crooks in here that are worse then I am. They've either molested a child or murdered someones husband. The officer who arrested me uncuffed me and I looked at him confused.

"There was no charges put against you, your free to go" He said rolling his eyes walking away

"What" I said walking after him

"You have a kid with the girl you stabbed and her mother didn't press charges" The officer sat at his desk "Your free to go before I change my mind"

I walked out of the police station and stopped a taxi. When I sat in the taxi I told the man where to go. When we arrived at the hospital, I paid the taxi guy the money for the ride and ran into the hospital and automatically saw Pilar's mom.

"Mom tell me she's alright" I said and her mother glared at me

"She's fine Dana" She said walking away

I followed behind her and into a hospital room. Everybody was in the room and when I walked in everyone stared at me. My attention went to Pilar who was laying helplessly on the hospital bed.

"What happened" I asked grabbing her hand

"She almost lost a kidney" Gabe said

"And was close to dying twice during surgery" Jacob said

"Jacob listen I" I said but he held his hand up

"Just be lucky she made it dude" He said

"Where's Fairen" I asked

"I have her" Will said walking in with the baby in his hand

I reached for her and Will stepped back

"Please don't look at me any different" I stated looking around the room

"How could we not" Alex asked "You stabbed your baby's mother"

"I know that " I said "I apparently realize what I did"

"Dana I think you need a vacation" Pilar's mom said

"I don't need a vacation I need my family" I said

"You lost that option once you cheated on Pilar" Jacob chimed in

"Hey nobody asked you" I snapped

"Well I know that's what happened" He said "Because right after it happen Pilar came running to me"

"So what she probably counts you as a friend anyway" I said rolling my eyes

"I asked her to be my girlfriend the other day" He smirked "She said yes"

"And I give a fuck because" I questioned "You act like Pilar will hate me for the rest of her life"

"I don't know" Cole said "But you gave her a pretty good reason"

"Where's Dalton he'd back me up" I stated

"He's gone" Will said

"When will he be back" I asked

"Never he left the group" Gabe said

"When was this" I asked

"TWO WEEKS AGO" Gabe yelled "IF YOU BOTHERED TO COME TO WORK YOU'D KNOW THAT"

Pilar pov

I opened my eyes after I finished listening to the pointless conversation that was happening

"HEY HEY HEY" I said "That's enough from everyone"

"Pilar I" Dana started and I stopped him

"I'm tired of everyone blowing shit into something it's not" I started "Yes I got stabbed, so fucking what I saved someone's life today"

"You almost died twice in surgery" Alex said

"And I came back didn't I" I said "What ya'll fail to realize is this blaming shit isn't going to help anybody right now. Dana just lost me and his child a few months ago and I appreciate it if all of you would get off his fucking back so that he can grieve. Don't blame Dana for me getting stabbed because it wasn't his fault"

"Then who's fault is it" Jacob asked

"Nobody's " I said "Everyone in here is family and you all aren't acting like it. Today I hoped that me being stabbed would bring ya'll together but I guess it just made everyone point a damn finger. You know who's to blame for this Me."

"Why you" Gabe asked

"I broke up with Dana and left him" I said "So I made him feel lonely and depressed"

"That's not your fault" Dana asked

"Stop lying to yourself because if it wasn't for me Kelly would be dead and you'd be in prison missing your daughters life" I said "Jacob you have no right to even brag to Dana about having me and losing me to him cheating but your stupid ass was going to leave me soon anyway"

"What are you talking about" Jacob said "No I wasn't"

"Oh really" I questioned

"Yes" He said

"TIFFANY" I yelled and a light skinned girl with a small baby bump came around

"What the fuck" My mom mumbled

"I met Tiffany at the mall the other day and she explained everything to me and told me how truly sorry she was" I smirked "You were going to leave me as soon as you fucked me, which you did, so please gone on about your life"

Jacob and Tiffany walked out.

"As for you Alex and Gabe" I started "Congrats on the engagement"

"How did you.." Alex started but I cut her off

"Your ring sparkles honey" I smiled "Go home"

Alex came and hugged me and Gabe did the same kissing my cheek.

"Will go after Veronica she's a nice girl and trust me we all know you like her" I said "So get out of here and ask her on a real date"

"Thanks Pilar I needed the push" Will said passing me my baby and leaving

"Cole go talk to Dalton" I said "You can't be mad at him forever"

"I know I'm going" He said hugging me and leaving

"Mom go after that man you've been seeing because I'm not stupid" I said

"How did you" She stopped and kissed my cheek walking out

Dana looked at me and bit his lip.

"Dana I love you but you need to give me more time before deciding to get back together with you okay" I said

"Okay" He said

I moved over and patted a spot next to me. He chuckled and pulled the covers up laying next to me. Dana grabbed Fairen and laid her on his chest. He kissed my cheek as I leaned against his shoulder.

"Thank you" He said

"Don't mention it" I said dozing off

This is going to be my new beginning from here on in.
