"Come on, Bro, I don't wanna go alone..!" Kuroo begs Bokuto to join him on his venture to the super market, and Bokuto groans.
"But Bro... That means I gotta go outside... And get out of bed..." he mopes, flipping the duvet over his head, hiding in the warmth of his bed.
"Dude, you can't hide away forever. Yeah, you got dumped, but you'll find someone better anyway. She was cheating liar and you deserve better," Kuroo tries to cheer him up, and Bokuto peeks his head out.
"...Fine. I'll go." he says, sitting up, yawning.
"There's my bro," Kuroo pats Bokuto's shoulder twice before leaving the room. Bokuto looks at the picture he has laying by his bed. He feels a pang in his chest, but doesn't dare move the photo. He feels as if he'll never get over this...

Bokuto leaves his room in a loose grey t-shirt and sweat pants, him obviously not putting much effort into his appearance, and Kuroo shakes his head.
   "You're kidding, right?"
   "At least I changed clothes."
   "You have a point."
Kuroo opens the door for the depressed owl, and heads out with keys and his wallet in the back pocket of his black skinny jeans, which tie his outfit of red converse and tight red shirt together.
The walk towards the super market was uneventful, Kuroo trying his best to cheer him up. Though his efforts were kinda wasted, getting him out of bed was a good idea. It was deffinetly better than being kept up in that dark room in their crappy apartment all day.
It was over all a nice day, the sky blue with minimal clouds, and a cool breeze keeping the air fresh in the pretty big city in which they lived.
"Look, there's the super market! What do you wanna get, Bro? Ice cream? Or bar~be~cue~?" Kuroo chuckles, knowing Bokuto has always loved barbecue, and smiles once Bokuto's face lit up.
"Can we get some??" he asks excited, and Kuroo nods.
"Oho, someone's feeling better hm~?" he chuckles, and Bokuto half-runs inside, Kuroo following him.
Once all of their selections have been placed into their basket, Bokuto's just about back to normal, until he turns the corner.
The joyful look on his face instantly shatters, and Kuroo immediately gets concerned.
"Hey, you okay, buddy? What's up- oh fuck, c'mon, let's g-"
"Narumi..." he whispers, and the girl from the photo next to Bokuto's bed turns towards them, and she scoffs.
"Damn, glad I let that one go, look at him..." she whispers to the woman beside her.
"Oh yeah, he looks awful... How'd you even end up dating him in the first place?"
"His persistence was annoying as hell, that's it, really. But it was fun playimg with him."
The girls giggle, and move into the next aisle. Bokuto stares at the space where she stood only moments before.
"Hey, Bokuto, you okay..?" Kuroo reaches out to him, and Bokuto flinches at his touch.
He remains silent for a few more seconds, until he suddenly inhales sharply, like a child processing the damage they took after an injury, and he dashes towards the exit of the building.
"Bokuto, wait!!" Kuroo calls after him, dropping their basket, the goods spilling out across the floor.
Sprinting down the road, Bokuto wipes his tears away, trying his best to hold back his tears, though it really isn't working. He can't even hear the mumbles of the people around him, or even Kuroo shouting after him, he's so distracted.
The scene from moments before replaying over and over in his head.
"...glad I let that one go..."
   "...oh yeah, he looks awful..."
"...how'd you even end up dating him in the first place..?"
He's shouting now, trying to let out his frustration and sadness through that, but it's only drawing more attention, and dulling out the other noises. He keeps running, and running. The feeling just won't go away. That is, until-
   "BOKUTO, STOP!!"
   "Wha-?!"
