*Takes place during Bulma's Birthday Party*

     (Reader's P.O.V.)

You are a fair friend of Bulma, you've been best friends for as long as you can remember, around the time both of you found Goku in the woods. And of course being her friend you would never miss her birthday party for the world.

You guys knew everything about each other and I mean EVERYTHING..... except one tiny little thing that Bulma didn't know about you.

You can really sing! You weren't so sure about it, but you could! You're a very shy person and she never brought it up so... yeah.

You just enjoyed the party. As the party went on you and everybody else noticed some new arrivals with Bulma and Vegeta and never in your life have you seen Vegeta so uptight and worried. These new arrivals  consisted a purple cat humanoid with what looks like royalty clothing and a blue skinned *handsome* young man with the same themed clothes and a weirdly amazing snow white hair styled in a way you've never seen before......'WHY IS HE SO GOOD LOOKING!?' you thought.

  ~ TIME SKIP ~

After learning the new strangers names, Whis and Lord Beerus the Destroyer, you were kinda skeptical about having a world destroying god near you but you are not one to judge what he does. It's probably a very hard job to do.
'And then there was Whis.' you thought while blushing a dashing red.
"You know you're quite adorable when you blush."said Whis. The house caught you off guard, you jumped a little with a small yelp.

"Oh my apologies I didn't mean to give you a fright." he said with that kind smile his.

You looked up at him with a small smile and told him not to worry about it. He then asked for your name.

"Oh! My name is (Y/N)"

"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl" and at that moment you could've swore his eyes sparkled as you heavily blushed.

~Time Skip~

  By now they were starting with the birthday festivities and the first thing was a talent show.You were nervous, you never same in front of a lot of people before. And you just hoped that you weren't the first to get on stage.

  "And now we have our first contestant-- (Y/N)!!" shouted Gohan.

"Dammit." you thought in your head.

The moment you heard your name you could've swore your heart skipped a beat. You shyly walked up to the stage as your friends applauded you. You got the microphone from Gohan who gave you a thumbs up. 

You looked down at everyone starring at you, at that moment you felt like you you were gonna pass out right then and there, but you kept your head and calmed down for a minute.

" Well first of all i'd love to wish my best friend a Happy Birthday hope all your dreams come true girl."

Everyone gave a small round of applause for Bulma.

"So I thought it would be fitting to sing a song for you."
She gave you kind of a confused look, granted because she never knew you could sing. You took a deep breath and loosened up and you sang.

As you finished up singing your song everyone went NUTS. Your friends asking questions like ' Where did you get a voice like that?!' or ' Where did that come from?!' you were a little surprised you'd get standing ovation like that but these were your friends what were you expecting?

As the crowd died down a little bit Bulma came over and gave you a great big hug.
" (Y/N) that was about the best birthday present anyone has ever given me, but how come you never told me you could sing?!" changing her smile to a small scowl. You have a nervous smile and replied, " Well, you never really asked." while laughing.

She just simply looked at you in a quirky way thanked you for the song  and went to join the the crowd. Just as you were about to go ahead and join her you felt a little tap on your shoulder. You turned around to see who needed your attention, and was surprised as that it was none other than Whis, but this wasn't the same sly and calmed Whis you had met a while ago, NO, this Whis was a flustered and nervous! Even the bento box full of goodies was trembling a bit in his hands.  

 "Hi again... I hope I'm not bothering you at this time, I wanted to talk to you for a while if that's ok." he hesitated, his voice sounded a bit wavey, but for now you decided to pay no mind to it.

"Oh! yeah sure you can talk to me anytime. What exactly did you want to talk about?"you replied.

Kinda surprised he began speaking,"Oh....well..... well first of all I wanted to congratulate you on your outstanding performance on the stage, I mean I haven't heard a great voice like that in ages!" And of course you thanked him for the nice compliment while blushing a little, hoping he didn't notice. "And to let you know, I sing a little bit myself too and I was wondering... if you would like to sing together some time?" He slightly hesitated toward the end.

And out of nowhere you felt a little confident," Whis, are you asking me out?" you replied with a small smirk.

At this point he is blushing like crazy! "Um....yes...I guess I am,"he did chuckling nervously,"...what do you say?" You couldn't say no to that face!

"You know what, I'd love to go out sometime with you!!" You did with a big smile.

He replied with a smile just as big as yours,"That's great..um... how about two days from now at around 7 Earth time?" As you were about to answer Bulma called for you.

As you were about to leave you quickly turned back around to Whis and with a quick peck to his cheek you said,"That's fine by me." And ran back to a slightly tipsy Bulma.

Watching you run back to your friends, a very blushing Whis stared off with hand in his cheek and realizing that if Beerus doesn't find the super saiyan god, it's gonna take a lot to change his mind about destroying Earth.

Aaaaaand done. You peeps won't believe that I've been working this story since August and you guys probably thinking 'The hell has she been doing for 5 months?!😖😓'  and to answer your question....a lot.😑😑
Anyway I hope you guys liked it I will totally be doing more in the future!!
