I swear she is the only person I listen to. All of her music is just so deep, and real . I was in my bedroom with the music on blast while getting ready for work.

So far I am happy with my life, as far as my job and my personal life. I have a big family, both of my parents, 2 younger brothers, and my bestfriend Nique. They make my life so much easier ,its nothing but positive vibes when I'm around them.

I could describe myself as a sophisticated young, sexy, independent black women.....I am 22 years old and I'm single at the moment. That's how I like it, I mean don't get me wrong I would like it if I had a boyfriend/soulmate. But I am also happy with how my life is going right now. I have been with far to many fuck boys and trust me ...they don't do nothing but bring a bunch of negative bullshit in my life. For the first time and forever I am actually happy, It took me 3 years to get over my ex. I have been through so much in my life and all I wanna do is forget and forgive.

I grabbed my purse and other belongings and made sure I had my alarm set before locking the front door. I live in a condo, its really nice and roomy. I have 4 nice sized bedrooms, a huge kitchen and bathroom. Its pretty dope, but it can get lonely sometimes.

I grabbed my car keys from out of my purse and unlocked my car doors. I have a all black Mercedes Benz, I got in my car and put my purse on the passenger seat. I started the car up and pulled out of my driveway. Time for work.....

I have been at work since I opened my shop at 10:30am, I made sure my customers were all set before going into the backroom to grab a snack. I grabbed a bag of chips and a juice from off of the table, I was just about to walk off when my phone started ringing.

I grabbed my phone out of my purse and my bestfriend (Nique ) was calling.

"haaayyy bestfriend"

"hay boo , imma stop by at your shop...is that cool"?

"yeah and can you help me close tonight"?

"you know I will Reign, anyways I gotta tell you about this fine ass boy that I met today"I rolled my eyes at Reign's statement. I have never been to happy with anyone that she has dated.

"ughh.....okay he better not be a fuck boy"

"girl he not and he got a cute friend , I'm on my way now ill see you when I get there"

"alright Nique"

"bye bye" and with that we ended the phone call. I love my bestfriend to death but when It comes to the niggas that she dates , I just cant. If a nigga messup with my bestfriend they gone get they balls cut off. Real shit.... I know that she would do the same for me. That's just the type of friendship we have, We have been close since diaper days. She is more like my sister than a bestfriend to me.

I walked towards the front counter and started eating my snacks. I watched as my workers was doing hair , and some of them were doing peoples nails. My shop got it all, I do hair and nails here and I even sell clothes and jewlry. I have a couple of more stores in other areas also but this is like my everything.

"boss, do we have anymore sewing thread"? One of my workers asked. "yeah we have a whole box in the back room on the top shelf". She nodded her head and walked to the backroom. Everyone in the shop was talking and laughing.

"haaaayyyyyy bestfriendd" Did I mention that Nique is ghetto asf, which is one things that I love about her. She was carrying a bunch of bags in her hands . "hay boo, what is all of that"? I asked while examining the amount of bags she had in her hands.

"Just some food, and some outfits for the both of us ...were going out on a double date"! She started jumping up and down, squealing with excitement. I was not to happy on the other hand.."you know I don't want to go out on a date with someone I don't know" I said.

"just this one time please" Nique asked with a pouty face. I just cant say no to her when she has a pouty face ." okay, but if this doesn't go righ-" I was cut off by Nique over excited ass. "omg yasss girl we about to look sexxiii I cant wait, let me call him right now" I giggled and everyone finished what they were doing. Nique went somewhere talking on the phone....probably in her car talking to her 'friend'.

"hay boss lady, did I tell you that you are slaying that new hairstyle"?one of my workers (kyle) asked. Kyle is like one of my closet friends. He is gay , every girl needs a gay bestfriend, am I right?

"thanks kay" (Kay is the nickname that I gave to Kyle since he doesn't really like his real name)

"oh girl no problem , imma get ready to head out you need anything"? He asked. "Nope , I'm good but thanks ill see you tomorrow" .

"alright " I gave Kay (kyle) a hug and he left. Everybody checked out, and said their byes . Me and Reign made sure the shop was spic and span clean before locking up and leaving.
