The Ways To Say Goodbye

The Plan

Later that day my aunt Skylar came to my room to see if I was up and ready to go to the store for supplies. But instead of me being there she just stood there in shock crying thinking that I heard the fight and she screamed my name my name is Storm Hines and I ran because of that argument and I know that she is going to call the police to find me but they won't ever know where I will be.

I am going to go to Canada were I was originally born. My aunt Skylar told me where I was born and plus I want to try and find any of my family members or family friends I can stay with, because I refuse to live with my father only if my mother wasn't dead then I could've stayed with her and we could've stayed there where I come to find out I love it there I just need to get through the border to get home and then I can start heading there. 

I showed them my pass port and they looked at me and then the picture and then they took a stamp and they let me through they asked me why I was coming over there and I told them immigration. They looked to me surprised. They let me pass and I then put a hood over my head just in case then I realized that I was getting hungry and I looked inside of my purple bag and I took out six hundred dollars and I found a place to eat and I took my dinner to go and left the restaurant. A few hours later it started to get dark and I had to find a place to stay. For some reason I decided to bring my phone with me so I checked it and I got a call from aunt Skylar i check the voicemail that she left and it said" my baby storm please come home I miss you and I am very worried about you I don't know if you heard the argument or not but judging on why you left it's obvious that you did so please forgive me and come home." I looked at my phone trying not to cry and so that is when I realized that she can track me through my phone because it's a Iphone so I through away my phone in the trash and ran to the nearest motel and checked in to see if they had any spare rooms left and I got a room and looked in the mini bar to see if I could take any food I could take so I looked in and found waters, cookies, and some little flavor things for the waters and some sodas so I took half of the stuff in there like the waters the flavor packs but only one or two and all of the food that was in there and when I left the next morning I ran into my mothers friend Chloe and she asked me how I was doing and I told her what happened she said that she needs help with house work and everything and that she had an extra room that I could use and she was my mom's best friend and I was supposed to live with her but my aunt wanted me to live with her. 

So we started heading to the car and I told her I was tiered of the arguing and everything that was going on in that house so I gathered my stuff and left. She then asked if aunt Skylar knew where I was and I told her no I didn't want to go back I need to find a way to live by myself so I could learn my way. She then told me that I did the right thing and That I could stay with her as long as I needed  and that she would help me get set up I told her that I threw away my phone she said don't worry that since I had her number and and that she told me give her all the numbers that I had in my phone to her I was able to get all of my friends numbers back and any other family members numbers too. She said that the whole family kept in touch with aunt Skylar and everyone after mo mother passed she even said that she had my dad's number. I looked at her surprised and told her that my dad never tried to contact me. She looked at me confused and she told me that he did, that's when I realized that my aunt Skylar kept me from my family and my father. I told her that and she looked at me saying of course because my aunt Skylar said if she does keep me then she won't let any of my family members talk to me except Chloe she even had the messages to prove it and that my dad tried to keep me she even stayed with Chloe when she came to get me and when my dad tried again to get me but she always found someway to not tell me. 

I told her than if that's true than I want to meet my dad. She looked at me and handed me my new phone that we got that night and I changed my number and I got everyone's number including my other family members and my friends and not my aunt Skylar's I refuse to talk to her after that so we went into Chloe's house and I got my bed set up and she told me that since I was out of high school at a young age and that's when I interrupted and told her that I was home schooled and the only way that I know my friends is by seeing them at the park or at the pool or some place like that. She looked at me surprised and said then if that's the case I want you to try to make some new friends here and I told her I don't know anyone here and that I would like to start finding a job to get into collage and after I told her that she looked at me happy and asked what I wanted to do and I told her that I wanted to be a cop.
