So I finally got around to writing chapter two enjoy. Also I decided this will be a full story but will be housed in my one-shot book.

The sun was peaking over the horizon as a dark figure in a black hoodie slunk in to the library of Mist Mountain High School. He pulled his hood down down running his hand through the deep brown waves on top of his head. His eyes scan the area timidly and he walks in giving a silent nod of acknowledgement towards the librarian.

He walked over towards a little alcove near the back of the library. He kneeled down crawling the last three inches over towards a small vent hidden some bean bag chairs and books. He reached towards the vent hand shaking slightly insecurities and uncertainties rattling around in his brain before shaking his head and snatching at the clasp and pulling the grate of the vent upwards.

There in the middle of the tube of the vent sat a crisp white envelope with his alias written in neat small letters. He pinched his arm, once, twice, three times trying to make sure he was awake, trying to make sure this wasn't some sick fantasy his brain created so he wouldn't be disappointed.

He wasn't dreaming.

This was reality.

Biting back the large grin that threatened to split across his face he grabbed the letter carefully holding in his shaking hands in a way that it wouldn't wrinkle. He slipped from the alcove moving further back in the library and flopping down on to one of the old bean bag chairs.

He sat there staring at the letter day dreaming about the love confession that may lie inside (hey a guy can dream can't he). He would have been content to sit there tracing the small letters spelling out his alias and trying in vain to keep the love sick grin that off his face if not for one thing.

"Well aren't you going to open it." He jumped in the air letting out a rather loud shriek of surprise before someone tackled him down placing their hand over his mouth. He felt slightly dizzy from the small his to his head as he slammed down on the ground his vision blurry. Shaking his head his sight cleared to reveal a girl lying on top of him smiling in amusement.

"Shhhhhhhhhhhh this is a library you know."

He rolled  his eyes trying in vain to push the body off of him. "Will you get off of me already Serina, I get it its a library."

She tapped her chin lightly with her pointer finger as if thinking about his words before giving a slight shake of her head. "No I don't think so," she stated lying down right on top of Nico  "your quite comfortable like a pillow."

He growled lowly wriggling under her weight and try to push the young girl off him. That was in vain though because of the fact that his arms were currently pinned to his back by her body. "Will you get off of me already your heavy."

She sat up with a loud gasp. "Are you saying I'm fat how dare you I'll have you know that I m not even close to being fat."

He smirked finally able to shove the girl off him and roughly on to the ground. "I never called you fat but then again I never denied that fact either."

She narrowed her eyes scowling at him "Fuck you Nico Di Angelo. Fuck. You."

"Okay one language."

"Gasp Captain America I didn't know you went to high school I would ask for your autograph but I have to finish talking to my dork of a friend so sorry."

Nico rolled his eyes giving her an unimpressed look. "Now before I was so rudely interrupted I was going to say....... scandal how dare you offer such a thing I only do that on the second date."

She laughed lightly shoving him towards the ground. "Shut up your gross. Besides I'm pretty sure I'm not the one you want to take out on a date." She smirked sending a pointed look towards the letter laying delicately on the floor. He followed her eyes a blush immediately blossoming on his cheeks and spreading to the tips of his ears. He sat up pulling the letter towards him and examining it in silence.

"Well Tenshi open it it could be what your looking for."

He scoffed lightly wanting noting more than to toss that letter out the window and have it be carried away by the wind. "I doubt it he probably thinks I'm creepy or something. I mean you saw what I was writing I probably sounded like some creepy stalkery idiot."

"Okay one stalkery is not a word, and two if you don't open it you'll never know."

He stares at the letter for a long while before sighing in defeat. He pulled lightly on the flap of the envelope opening it and pulling out the letter. The stationary was a creamish color with a small golden harp engraved near the top.

Dear, Nightingale,

I have to say that letter was a bit of a surprise. A nice Surprise though. I never expected anything like that to happen and I have to say you've caught my attention. Did that sound weird I hope not.

I like the letter idea it is very original. I hope we continue to write to each other though at the moment I don't have much to say but I probably will (hahahaha I made a joke did you see :P) tomorrow.

Well you know me and I don't know you how is that fair. I understand you wanting to keep your identity a secret but I hope we continue to talk. I'd love to know more about you.

Well thats all for now. Goodbye Nightingale

Sincerely, Morning Lark (fitting isn't it)

Nico stared down at the letter his hands shaking slightly before a bright beaming smile lit up across his face. "He liked the letter." Serina gave a small nod a trouble making grin inching up her face. "Yes and."

"He said he wanted to keep i touch, he actually like the letter I can't believe it." Serina smiled at the large grin across her friends mouth. It was nice, seeing him this way. "Well look t that your interacting with your crush now your one step closer aren't you."

"Yep now we have to get you to actually speak to your crush."

Immediately Serina became a tomato an amazing deep red, almost purple color sprouting across her cheeks. "S-s-shut up this isn't about me t-this is about you learning to talk to your crush. Also isn't your alias the nickname I gave you a while back."

He nodded "Yeah I couldn't think of anything better and all the other nicknames my friends gave me re to obvious." She nodded before standing up.

"Come on the bells about to ring and we can't be late again."

He rolled his eyes "Ugh fine I'm coming, I guess it time for the prisoners to go back to their cells" he said lying down sprawling his limbs across the carpeted floor. She snorted in amusement shaking her had grabbing her bag from behind the bookshelf and walking away. "Fine." she called back "stay here you dork but try not to be late again or I'll tell Hazel."

He jumped up grabbing his big and quickly tucking the letter inside. "Fine I'm coming sheesh just don't tell Hazel she's small and I love her but she's still really scary." He slung his bag over his shoulders dusting off his pants and rushing out of the library towards his locker the smile still aching to burst out. He was happy. Maybe, eventually he could actually speak to him.

A flash of blond hair appeared right besides him and Nico let out a small squeak rushing back in to the library and hiding behind the bookshelf. Then again maybe not.
