Chapter 3

I was getting ready for my big performance in my dressing room when I heard a knock on the door. "Come in" I said putting on my earings. "Hey" I heard five coices say. I turned around I shook my head. "Really, shouldn't you guys be flirting with some girl" I said joking around since the only real single one was Niall. Harry and Louis stared me down. I gave them a look with a smile. I could tell Niall followed my gaze cause he snapped in front of Harry and Louis' face. I stood up revealing shorts and a belly shirt with knee high convers. "What" I asked looking back in the mirror to see if my ponytail was jacked up or my mascara was running. "Nice outfit" they all said together. "Ashley your on in five" The backstage director said. "Okay" I said grabbing my water and taking a deep breath. Before I got on stage I was getting a phone call. I was still in my dressing room and the boys were still around. "Hello...Oh hi Mrs. Prescott...She what?....I'll be on my way" I sobbed the last part. "Ashley what is it" Zayn asked. "My grandmother... She's in the hospital... I can't do my performance tell the director that" I said grabbing my keys and driving to the hospital.

"Hi" I said looking at the lady at the front desk. She lipped one moment. I think she was on the phone or something but I couldn't see. "Yes hello" she smiled. "I'm here to see my grandmother cathey" I said trying to hurry up.  "I'm so sorry sweetheart, she died a couple seconds ago" she said checking her computer to double check. "Oh my god" I said backing away almost fainting until I bumped into someone. "Ashley are you okay" Louis asked. "Louis" I sobbed leaning into his chest. "Louis, shes dead" I cried looking at him. I even heard him break down into tears. "OH..MY...GOD... IT"S ONE DIRECTION" I heard a young girl say. Zayn and Liam walked up to the girl giving her a hug and a picture and they talked to her for a little bit. "How did she die" Niall asked. "I don't know, all I heard was she was dragged into the hospital, and they told me nothing else" I said whipping away my tears. "How about Ice Cream" Louis said. I broke down in tears again. "Louis" Niall scolded. I looked around ccause if the girl screamed One Direction where's Harry. "How about a nice day at home watching some movie or something" Harry said. I jumped cause he came out of no where. "Where have you been" We all asked. "I asked a nurse about your granmother, it turns out she had an aniarism" he said trying to fight tears. "You okay" Liam and Zayn asked. "Oh my god where is everyone coming from" I laughed before walking out of the hospital. I was in the middle of all the boys and we were going to the movies. "What movie are we going to see" I asked. "Ask Louis since he knows you so well' They all laughed. "YAY" I shouted. I knew exactly what movie we were going to see. Louis knows how much I love kid movies and the only kid movie out right know is Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2. I walked to my car but I heard Louis say something like "Someone should go with her and I vote Niall" I was a little suprised but eh. I went in my car before hearing a knock on the passenger window. I unlocked it and I heard Niall's Irish accent. "Louis said someone should go with you just in case you break down and need to take a break" He smiled. "It's so sweet how he volunteered you"I smiled. I turned on some music but kept it low. "So do you know what movie were going to see" Niall asked. I giggled before showing him a magazine article about me. "You love Kid movies" He asked before shaking his head and laughing. "Yes is that a problem" I asked. He shook his head and kept reading. 'God I hope he doesn't read all of it cause I meantioned what type of guys I like and the only thing I said was A Guy Like Niall Horan' I thought to myself. We arrived at the theater and saw that everyone was already there. "What took you guys so long" Everyone asked. "I took the long way I think" I said lying. I purposely took the long way. "Okay well here are your tickets" Liam smiled. "Thanks" I smiled walking over to Louis and Harry. "Hey" I said jumping inbetween them and locking arms. "How you guys been" I giggled. "How long are you gonna keep acting like were 12" Louis smiled. "I can be mature and you know it" I said before skipping ahead and spinning along the way.

*Niall's P.O.V*

 "Niall! Your ticket" I heard Liam say. I stared at him for a second before grabbing the ticket. I couldn't help but have the one little segment in the article. "Let's go" Zayn scolded. I followed but I felt half asleep. I kept searching for Ashley but I couldn't find her I only saw the boys. "BOO" she shouted scaring all of us. We all laughed. "What took you boys so long" she giggled showing us the way to the room. "Im gonna get some snacks" Zayn said. We all laughed and headed on the way to the room. On the way we gave a couple autographs it was actually pretty cool how Ashley was so mothering to the little girls who wanted to be just like her. "You really know kids" I said. She smiled. "I grew up around them" she said opening the door and holding it open. "Im gonna go help Zayn" she said walking away. "Dude you like her" Louis scolded. I laughed but then nodded. So the guys made Ashley sit next to me, it was really funny how she was refusing but they made her. "Do you know why they were doing that" she asked mainly pointing at Louis. I shook my head. "Oh... well... let's watch the movie" she said awkardly.

A/N: I haven't actually seen the movie so I'm not gonna go into detail.
