Chapter 8

"Well what about this one?" Tay says, holding up a stunning, tight black dress, with cut outs above my hips on the side and a high neck.

"Mmm, it's a little revealing" I say blushing. I wasn't usually one to show much skin apart from legs and arms. I mean I could, I was happy with my body, I just didn't feel as confident as most girls would.

"Laura, I can tell you like this dress. Number one: it'll look amazing on you! And number two: It's stunning itself!" says Ivy, looking at me wearing a scowl on her pretty naturally tanned face.

"Fine!" I protest, waving my hands up in the air, grabbing the dress.

"Thankyou!" All four of the girls say, as I start to change into it.

"Oh... and Laura?" Lacy says.

"What?" I snap.

"We gotta get you some nice bras and panties. You can't just wear those plain boring white ones!" Lacy continues.

"What's wrong with these!?" I say, annoyed.

"You're a sexy girl, you shouldn't be so appropriate when you buy your underwear" Lacy says.

"No. No I like these just fine thank you very much!" I snap, offended.

"I just complimented you for Christ's sake!" Lacy says, scowling.

"Yeah whatever..." I murmur, and look at the mirror. I have a dress similar I this at home anyway. Working at Burberry, you must have the best, most fashionable clothes you can get your hands on. But I do really like this dress on me...

"Are you guys ready yet?" Mimi moans.

"Nearly, hold on" I say, as everyone glares at me.

I quickly grab my high black heels, which make appear to be very tall. My hair is straightened. I think I might dye it back to its original brown colour tomorrow morning. I don't think this golden blonde works for my face as well as brown did. I grab some red lipstick, just incase some drunk creep tries to kiss me or something, they should be put off. I quickly brush my eyebrows and fill them perfectly with brown pencil, then apply some foundation as mascara. Not that I really needed the foundation.

"Okay all done!" I squeak, as I grab my neon pink leather Burberry party collection purse. Working at Burberry has it's advantages, you always get free stuff! Over half my wardrobe is Burberry.

As we all get in the car, I take a moment to realise how stunning everyone looks.

Tay is wearing a white flowy chiffon dress, with big cream coloured heels.

She has sort of Ariana Grande style hair, dark perfect skin and amazing dark blue eyes.

Mimi wears a designer neon pink jumpsuit, which reveals a large amount of her cleavage, yet she still looks like a model. Her neon yellow pointy heels complete the outfit.

Ivy wears a mint green skater dress, with white heels. The contrast between her dark jet black hair, very tanned skin and then her very pale mint dress looks so stunning I want to cry. People tell her she looks like Katy Perrie with her jet black wavy hair, dark skin and light blue eyes.

Lacy is wearing my white playsuit from earlier since she is very fond of my clothing. Lacy has pale skin, green eyes, blonde hair and slightly reminds me of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. So pretty.

I swear, all of my friends are perfect! Ivy and Lacy are models! Makes sense when you look at them I guess. Tay's at university at the moment, I think most of the time she just parties. She goes to uni somewhere in America, so I guess it really gets crazy there. She comes to visit every now and then, which is nice because we all catch up and have a girls night. I sigh to myself mentally, as the girls bicker about Tay sleeping with too many randoms. I love her, but she really has to keep her pants on.

I have kept mine on. Yes I still an a virgin. I'm just waiting for the right guy. I really don't want to regret something so special and important to me.

My phone vibrates in my purse. Could be Paul asking about our dinner plans. I take it out and slide the screen open on my iphone.

"Holy shit!" I shout. I look at the text from Harry, as my eyes begin I fill with angry and pitiful tears, and my friends scream at me to tell them what just happened.
