Okay! First up I am not really great with writing poems really but here's a little something i wrote very very VERY long ago when some of my friends were going through difficult times. It brought a smile on some of their faces and I hope it brings one on yours too when you most need it!
Point is.. when sometimes you wish to simply let go.. hold on a little while longer... You never know you're probably almost there and those last few seconds of hope are probably the one's that'll matter the most :)

Life might seem unfair at times...
You might blame it on your palms on those little lines...
You might be broken with no reason to smile...
You might not want to go that extra mile...
Someone might be happier than you...
That might sometimes hurt you too...
But you know what my friend...
This might be that time when...
Life's taking you for a smile ride...
Some bumps here and there some tears you hide...
Yet I see the end of the rainbow in sight...
You're almost there don't give up the fight...
'cause finally at the very end...
Life's ride will turn at the bend...
You'll laugh until your tummy aches...
and gorge on yummy chocolate cakes...
So smile my friend don't ask me how...
'cause life will turn around that bend any second now!
