I looked out to the sky, as the sun's sunshine blinds my eyes with its fiery rays, and I can't help but squint to see my surroundings clearly. I sigh as I get to my feet and jump off my bed as I slip into my slippers. It was just another ordinary day, I would have to wait a little while until the doctor would do his weekly check-up appointment, but other than that, I'd get served breakfast, consisting later of all my other meals at my table and me laying down on my bed for majority of my days' worth. I had to admit, it was boring having to stare at my white surroundings- my white walls, white curtains, even my white gown that I wore most of the time.

As each day past by I only found the window to somewhat be the only piece of entertainment as the salvation to my boredom. My room was directly opposite a vacant patients' room, but slightly beside that I could see the hospital grounds, and there on it were active kids- probably visitors from other patients. I watched them in envy as they could actively jump and run around, having the ability to pursue and do anything they want, the possibilities being limitless. On the other hand, I'm here being restricted to a hospital bed stuck in a depressing atmosphere, my dreams of being a singer and performer having shattered since the day I was born.

It was just like sitting on a deathbed, waiting for the time to be released and free from this hell I called the "hospital".

I breathed heavily as I thought those things, and decided to tilt my head once again to the window. That was when I noticed out of the corner of my eyes, that I saw a patient in the room opposite me, was getting distributed to his bed. He had a light hair colour, one that was mint greenish, one that you'd never be able to miss in a monotone white room. He seemed to be emotionless, not even showing any sense of emotion when the nurse was talking to him. He also dressed in an array of black to grey clothes that seemed to suit him very well.

The nurse handed him his white gown and with that she left subtlety, leaving him by himself. He seemed to raise his eyebrows, seeing how plain it was and sighed to himself. He casually walked to the draped curtains, but this time I notice he was looking near my direction.

Wondering what he could be possibly looking at, I turned around and observed my surroundings only to find nothing that could catch his attention. In dismay I lift my head back up only to meet his gaze, stony and emotionless but one that could send shivers down your spine. I gulped awkwardly and started to blush as I looked away, which only earned a smirk from him as he closed his white draped curtains.

I sighed and mentally face palmed myself for being so stupid. One; he must've thought I was a pervert for attempting to watch him change, and two, he was looking at me, not anywhere else.
