Amnesia [ A Sonamy AU ]

Part 2

Sonic's POV:

Me and my girlfriend, Sally. Walked inside the castle happily, we went to her room. Sally led me to her room upstairs, where we talk and make plans for the team. When we were already on the stairs, she kissed me with her soft lips.

Oooohhh, heaven. Seems I'm in cloud 9. I carried her bridal style to her room, while kissing her lips. When we arrived to her room, I kick her door open. That's when I put her in her bed and we started to make out. [ Not S*x guys, just plain kissing.]

We were interupted, by a sudden explosion near the castle. We stopped and I look outside her window, panicking. The explosion was at the field we were in earlier. I raced outside leaving Sally in her room, her eyes in confusion and fear.

I reached the field shortly, where I found Amy. Laying helplessly at the field, knocked out. With anger I looked around to see the person responsible for this. And there he was, Eggman. Laughing at Amy in the sky, on his eggmobile, with no mercy.

"Hahahahaha, such a weak brat! Never knew that one of the freedom fighters is such a wimp!" He mocked at Amy.

With anger I turned myself onto a ball, and fired myself at him. I hit his eggmobile and he went backwards to the air with his robots. Sally arrived with the freedom fighters, they then checked Amy if she was still breathing. Good news, she is still. Sally asked me what happened and I bluntly answered. "Eggman fired her a missle, she was knocked out by that." She nodded. And helped the others to observe the missle.

Cream and bunnie, checked Amy. I walked to them and asked if Amy was okay. "Yes." Cream answered worryingly.

Bunnie contacted an ambulance right away. The ambulance arrived a minute later, skunks carried Amy to a bed. Then they put her inside the ambulance. The ambulance sped off, leaving the freedom fighters investigating.

///////////////////////////At the Hospital//////////////////9:00 pm///////////

Doctor Charie's POV:

"She's okay, but she has a serious coma." I spoke sadly. The princess cried, and nestled at Sonic's shoulder. "How many weeks will she be like that?" Sonic asked sadly. "About 1 week, if she doesn't wake up....she will be announced dead. But if she wakes up before the final day of the week, she has a 50% chance of waking up with her memories, but if she doesn't remember anything..... we have nothing to do with that. I'm sorry."

"What??!! What do you mean you have nothing to do?!? She is our friend! And she needs to wake up!!" Bunnie shouted at me. "I'm sorry, but we have nothing to do with that. A coma doesn't have a single cure, and that's a big problem." I replied.

"You may all leave now, visiting hours are done." I said to them before walking out. They followed me outside the room, and headed at the exit. Filled with tears and sadness.

Narrators POV:

Sonic proceeded to visit Amy during the week, hoping that she would wake up soon. "I'm sorry, I'm wasn't there to protect you. I'm sorry." He cried, tears in his eyes. He left Amy at the room hopeless.

While Sally cried everyday, not hoping to be comforted by anyone else. She doesn't eat and go outside everyday. She just stayed at her room, crying and screaming. Her parents tried to talk to her, but she ignored them.

The others continued to protect the citizens, but still filled with sadness. Hoping that Amy will wake up soon with her memories. So they will be with their friend, they all seemingly missed Amy rose.

///////////////Time Skip///1 week later////last day of the week///////////////

Sonic's POV:

Me and my friends walked to the hospital. Sadness surrounding us. I also missed Amy, my friend, before I even met Sally. We arrived in front of her room, sad and angry. We all entered the room, looking at Amy helplessly. She seems to be breathing but not awake yet.

The doctor notices us and announced,"If she still doesn't wake up at 7:40 pm, her support will be removed. I'm sorry." He then checked the time.

The time is nearing at 7:40, it's already 7:35. Sally cried and kneeled at the floor helplessly, knowing that her best friend might die. I tried comforting her, but it's no use. 7:37, almost 7:40. The doctor called some nurses and readied the support to be removed. 7:39, it's time.

Suddenly we heard a yawn, coming at Amy. The doctor stopped the nurses from taking the support off. We faced at Amy if she's awake. She is, we cried in tears of joy. Knowing that Amy is still alive. Sally hugged her tight, still crying. "Amy, I missed you, we all missed you." Sally said.

"Who are all of you? Where am I?" Amy asked. We stared at her in shocked.
