A few minutes later I hear my doorbell my dress feels awkward as i walk towards the door thinking I should run up and change again. Instead I open the door and Nick stares at me for a few seconds making me feel uncomfortable. I start to back away to go upstairs and change but be stops me with "Wow Savannah your..your beautiful." He stammered. "I was gonna go upstairs and find something to be more normal I don't like dressing up!" I protest and continue to go up the stairs and like the dumbstruck boy he is he tries to stop me from getting to my room, and he finds a way to do it "Is Samantha your real name?" I nod my head yes. "Why is every Samantha in our school so adorable?" He asked he stretched out the word adorable ."wait I'm the only Samantha in the school?!" It takes me a minute to get the idea then be said in a low voice in my ear"That's the point!" His breath was tickling my ear so I let out a small laugh I'm blushing so hard right now I'm embarrassed."Fine I won't change this was hard enough to get on!" I complain. "That's good to hear because you look to hot to not be my date to the party!" He said louder than expected."shhh, or you will wake up my dad, then he will kill us both because he doesn't know I'm going to any party."I say quietly. With that said I climb down the stairs open the front door,"Is that your car" I said staring at the Baby blue Chevy Nova. "Yes it is, maybe you can drive it on the way home." He said with a laugh. "Are you serious because I can never tell when you're joking or serious?" He nods his head yes. I head to the car and he rushed past me almost knocking me down to generously opens the passenger side door. "Well Nick Maxwell aren't you being nice."
