It makes sense. Remember the importance of friendship. Connect with people. Do not put your faith in them, but there are important and unexplainable occurrences that are birthed from bonds between people. Listening to one another. Knowing one another. Trusting one another. It is simple. It is difficult. It is vital.
Disconnecting without looking back is a talent. It comes almost as involuntary as breathing. However, it is not the way to live. Deprives existence of true friends. Vulnerability produces an environment of extreme discomfort and a major opportunity for compassion. Doors must be opened. Paths must be walked. It does not have to be done completely alone. Even without physical presence, their words are with you, memories you created together, changes you inspired and molded in each other. All of it lingers. Affects your decisions. Helps you balance. Encourages you to get up when you fall.
