the outsider

If there's anything I've learned in my seventeen years of life, it's that everyone is different. Some people in life are more popular, others more creative, some bland in every way. I've also learned that there are certain people. These people are extraordinary in every way. Not everything they do is perfect, but somehow it's right. Every word that spills out of their mouth is poetic, their minds an endless amount of thought, ideas, and wonder. Sure, they have their flaws, but even these flaws seem unique. These people are once in a lifetime people. Maybe you meet them when you're too young, or when you're just old enough, but these people are to be truly cherished and most certainly never forgotten.

It was for this reason and this reason only that Astrid and Ashton together was so shocking. You see, these extraordinary people never find each other, and when they do chaos is a sure battle. Two people that special, that amazing, they clash. First, the clash in an amazing life altering way. They share their lives together through amazing moments of creativity and complete light. But like all beautiful things they burn out, and they burn out fast.
