What Happened?

   "Wake up, Kelsey!" I felt soft fur brush up against me. "Wake up!" It was Sarah's panicked voice.

   "What do you want?" I looked up at Sarah but standing there was a grey cat. "Oh my god!"

   "Kelsey, I don't know what happened! I just, I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror and there was a cat standing there instead!" Sarah's eyes went wide as if she just realized something. "Kelsey.. You're a cat too!"

   I looked down a my hands and all I saw was fluffy black fur! "Holy crap! What happened to us, Sarah?" She looked up at me with sorrow in her eyes.

   "We have to go to the forest, and run away from here." she said.

   "We have to go to the forest, and run away from here." I said. Kelseys blue eyes looked down at me.

   "Okay." she said quietly. She was obviously upset she had to run away from home. "Lets go." she padded over to her window and jumped out onto the roof.

   I jumped out beside her. "How do we get down?" I asked. She pointed with her nose.

   "See that tree?" I nodded. "We jump onto the tree then we climb down." She jumped to the tree and almost fell off.

   "Be careful!" I yowled after she regained her balance.

   "Sorry!" she meowed sheepishly, shrugging her shoulders. I jumped to the tree and looked back to her house.

   "Kelsey, look!" I cried. She cast a glance to her house and gasped. Her house had magically faded away and had been replaced by a big forest. "Do you wanna go into the forest?" I looked to her.

   "I'm kinda hungry, maybe we could hunt some mice in there." She jumped down from the tree. I followed her and we padded into the forest. "Shh!" she stopped me.

   I sniffed the air and smelled something strange. It smelled like other cats! "What do we do? We cant fight them!" I whispered. The cats must have smelled us because they came around a corner seconds later.

   "Who are you?" asked a gray tom. I instantly recognized him as Graystripe, Firestars best friend.

   "My name is Sa.." I was cut off as Kelsey gave me a warning flick of her tail. Then I remembered, they would suspicious if we had human names. "I mean, my name is Mist. And this my friend Shadow." I looked to Kelsey and she nodded approvingly.

   "So you're kittypets?" a sandy she-cat stepped up. Sandstorm! "What are you doing on ThunderClan territory?"

   "We just got lost and we are hungry so we decided to stop and hunt," explained Shadow. "We didn't know it was ThunderClan territory."

   "Come with us, then. We'll see what Firestar will say." said a brown tom. Obviously Brambleclaw. We followed the three ThunderClan cats to a ravine.

   I cast a excited glance to Shadow and murmured, "We need to call each other by our kittypet names." She nodded.

   "Here we are." said Graystripe. "ThunderClan camp."
