Its so pretty out here. I said walking out into the garden, picking up a flower. It had a yellow glowing center and the petals were red as blood. "Prince" I whisperd.

"Hello Love, you called" said a low,sexy rumbleing voice.He started to kiss on my neck,making me squeak. I laughed as I pushed him away.Something didnt quite feel right. "Prince...." I said but he didnt respond. I felt really hot.. really really hot. I looked up at Prince who was now replaced with angry bird looking guys. I tried to scream for help but my throat. My throat was so dry. Water , Water I need Water. I thought for sure I was going to die. No, I can't die. I can't leave prince alone.

As I began to get up a black figure appeared behind me. It was the demon prince in his true form. Eyes as red as blood, his attire all black with a hint of silver. He chants the spell over and over until a small gust of fire and wind tore the limbs of the strange bird like creatures off. And then he started walking towards me.

"Jake are you okay" Jake looked at me with watered eyes. He ran up to me about wrapped his legs around my waste. I've scared my mate I thought. "Jake its okay I wont do it ever again okay" I spoke He looked at me "Its not that I thought you would never come back to me It was like you were in a trance." he sniffled. I smiled at him "Don't worry I Am A creature of the night I would never let myself get lost with my other self" I carried him back to my chambers. Hopefully no interruptions this time. As soon as we entered the castle doors my mother ran up to me "Poor thing he's tired go prince go tend to your mate." I looked at Jake he had fallen asleep while I was caring him how cute. "Mom where's dad?" She paused and sighed "he's out handling business sweetie hell be back just go tend to your mate hmm ill make some dinner" I nodded and took Jake up to my chambers and lay him onto my bed. His blond hair looked almost gold against the white sheets and purple moonlight. I layed beside him. I looked out the window feeling an unusual presence maybe its just me.Feeling even more overprotective of my mate I kiss his forehead ,in response he curls into my chest. "Goodnight my love"
