Hi. So while I love the idea of some of the other chuck/blair fics on here, I can't help but cringe when ever someone mentions the upper east side. Living in NYC and formerly living there, I feel I need to do it some justice. So here you go. Note that people who live up there do not just say upper east side, or I'm an upper east sider etc. they refer to themselves as New Yorkers and also, the upper east side is not the only place in manhattan, so it will not be the only neighborhood listed in this.
I don't really have a plan for this but it's gonna be Chuck's P.O.V and it's really going to be about how in the first season, he realizes he loves Blair. Title, in case you didn't catch on is based off of a line from S1E9 "Hi, Society" which gossip girl says something like "And now just spotted Chuck losing something most people didn't know he had: a heart". I thought it was cute idk.
