Vale's POV

I sat in the back of the car waiting for my parents to finish packing the moving bus. I held my knees to my chest trying to fall back asleep since it was 6:30 in the morning and we had five hours until we got to wherever we were moving. My parents climbed in the front seat, "Where are we moving anyways?" I questioned, "Canada." They replied before my dad turned the key in the ignition, stepped on the gas pedal and started driving.

We were two hours into the car ride when I woke up, this time knowing I was never going to fall back asleep. I grabbed my phone, along with my ear buds, from my string bag that laid by my feet. I plugged the ear pieces into both of my ears, turning reality off. I closed my eyes, I didn't fall asleep, but I closed my eyes, and just listened to each word of every song on my playlist. I opened my eyes when my mother shook me. I took out one ear pierce and listened to her talk. "Wake the fuck up and help us get the things out of the moving truck.

I rolled my eyes taking out my other ear piece and wrapping the headphones around my phone. I climbed into the back of the truck and pulled out one of my boxes. It said "Posters" in black sharpie. I trudged into the house and walked around. My father showed me to my room. The only thing in the room was a carpet. The carpet was black and fuzzy, and the walls were painted purple. I set the box down on the floor and walked over to the far corner of the room. I sat down legs crossed facing the wall. I looked at my fingernails before carving a sad face into the side of the wall. It was barely noticeable, because I carved it so small.

I stood up taking in the grape color on my walls, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It looks very nice with the carpet. I walked back outside to the moving truck and I noticed that all my boxes were just scattered on the lawn. My clothes spilling out of them. "Mom, what the fuck?!?" I noticed she was talking to the neighbors. She could be an actress she was so good at pretending she was a nice person.

She looked over at me, "Oh sorry honey, the moving guy needed to be somewhere so I told him to just throw your boxes on the lawn. "Bitch," I mumbled under my breath so she was unable to hear me. I got on my knees and started packing one box back up with my shirts. I heard the grass ruffle next to me, and I turned my head to see a boy with long dark hair. he was fairly short from what I saw, and he had brown eyes.

"uh, thanks." He nodded keeping quiet. I guess he was shy so I continued putting clothes back into the box. He helped me put the rest of the stuff in all my other boxes, and carry them up to my room. I thanked him, and he nodded walking out of the room. Well that was awkward.

Blake's POV

I was taking a walk, because I just needed to think. YouTube wasn't going to help me with this. Yes I own a YouTube channel. I have tons of subscribers. I talk about life problems, I am also a musician. The sun glared on the wet grass. Something shiny caught my eye. I was on the edge of the new neighbors lawn. I picked it up. I flipped the box over to see a piece of tape on the bottom of the the tiny box. On the piece of tape it read, "Vale," I didn't know who Vale was. I suspected it to be the young girl I helped picked up clothes.

I didn't want to open it and be nosy but it was to tempting. I shoved the box into my hoodie pocket. I ran back to my house, and up to my room. I sighed pulling out the small velvet black box. I placed my hand on the lid. I took a deep breath before lifting the lid to see a small razor sitting neatly in the middle if the cotton fabric that was placed in the box.

I sat on my bed in utter shock. Why would someone so beautiful do something so horrible?
