Be With Me: Memories Of You (DISCONTINUED)

Chapter 1 - 5 Years later

"It has been a while since I last saw you. I have heard the stories about you since you last left; tall, black hair, black eyes, handsome cop who have the city of New York under control. I remember that day, where we say our "I do's", I was 6 months pregnant with our little one and we had our carriers set. As our little one is 5 years old and already in pre-school, I work at Konoha Hospital as a full on doctor, as your a cop in New York. It was a sunny cold winter afternoon in Konoha, and it has been a long day at work. From 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday I work at Konoha Children's hospital for those that are without a home, and after i'm done with that, i pick up Sarada from Ino and Sai place and enjoy the time i have. I don't want to say I'm a single mother since Sasuke does come in the holidays and help pays for the bills. We do video cam when we can and we make sure we call each other every night, but it bothers me deep down that were not a full family. "How was your day baby" Sakura drove as Sarada sat on the kid car seat looking outside. Sarada could tell that Sarada wasn't in her cheery mood like she always is, and so wasn't Sakura.

As they finally made it home, Sakura took off her jacket, scarf and hat and removed Sarada as well. She looked at her daughter as she was down she knee down and asked. "What's wrong sweetie? You've been down all through the car ride". "Today when Inojin and me wait for Auntie Ino, Uncle Sai came and he said papa, and i miss papa" She tried to say as she began tearing. It broke her heart to hear that Sarada missed them. She hugged her daughter as she too tear that she miss him as well. "How about this, wanna stay an hour extra to talk to papa tonight? I know papa misses you too" She wipe away Sarada tears. "Okay!" Sarada was back to her happy mood and jumpy. "Okay, but you have to promise to eat some veggies and read a book". Sakura held her hand as they made their way to the living room.

It was 9PM and Sarada lay down on mama bed on Sasuke side as they waited for Sasuke's call. 10 minutes past and still no call from papa, Sarada began to worry. "Mommy, does papa love me?" Sakura looked at her and began to tear up. "Of course baby, he's just really busy at work is all". Sarada look down sad without words. Sakura help her daughter close and lay down with her, they both miss the most important person in their lives and at the moment, they couldn't do anything about it".
