After the short journey of following Harry and Louis with Paul and Preston close behind, we arrived at a large, midnight blue door. Sellataped to the front of the door was a fresh white piece of paper with 'One Direction' printed on it. "Here we are." Harry mused.
"So why have you brought me here? I'm still a little confused." I confessed.
"Remember that I said a couple of people wanted to meet you Leila?" Paul asked. I nodded my head. "Well they're right through that door."
Oh lord! Why had I not thought this before now? It was Liam and Niall who wanted to meet me!
"Leila, you really do have some ditsy moments! How could you not realise it was Niall and Liam that wanted to see you?" Madison said.
"I don't know, I just thought that what happened in Last First Kiss happened in every concert..."
"Oh no, that's never happened before love." Preston mused.
At once the door flew open and Liam stood in the door way. He scanned over the small group of us slightly weary as to who the strangers were. He passed over me but then abruptly came back. His eyes widen momentarily and his eyebrows lifted up but so did the corners of his lips. Those lips. His slight stubble framed the soft plump lips. He was so damn attractive. I had to force myself not to stare, drool or pant! Slowly his eyes raked down my body and I allowed mine to do the same. He was stood in his dark charcoal skinnies and black American football jersey. Wow! Madison, who was stood to the right of me tapped my arm lightly.
"Leila, are you okay?" She whispered but Liam heard.
"You're name is Leila?"
"Yes, hello." I smiled.
"Hi, did you enjoy the show?"
"Yes thank you, it was so amazing." I replied.
"Oh good, I'm glad you enjoyed it."
"I really did! These are my best friends Madison and the girl over there with Louis is Jenna." I hadn't realised that they had drifted away when Liam opened the door. They looked very cosy, stood away from the group in deep conversation. They would make a fab couple I thought to myself happily. My attention directed towards Madison. She stood next to me with a rather strange look on her face. I couldn't quite interpret the look on her face. Joy? Elation? Slight worry? I just couldn't tell.
"Hello." Liam said addressing Madison.
"Hi" she squeaked. I giggled. I knew exactly how she felt at that moment. This whole situation was so overwhelming.
"Instead of standing out here come inside, you down? Common Hazza you know the score!" I laughed at that, it was just so... Normal! Liam opened the door wide enough for Harry to pass through. He turned to Madison and engaged her in conversation. Paul and Preston wondered off back the way we came with a fleeting look back at me. Liam looked at me and smiled. I smiled back and followed Harry and Madison. The door closed behind us so I assumed Jenna and Louis would stay outside. I hope she came back soon, I didn't want her to be on her own too long. I resolved to go find her in ten minutes if she hadn't come to find us.
This corridor was almost identical to the previous but it had more blue doors lining the walls. We walked in comfortable silence. The realisation I was perfectly at ease with Liam made me smile. He's just so normal. No heirs and graces. Just Liam James Payne from Wolverhampton, a regular guy with an irregular job.
