A.....quite Malfoy?

Draco's POV

           After I apparted i landed in Diagon Ally. I placed the hold over my head, stuffed my hands in my pocket and began walking until i reached my destination The Three Broomsticks. I opened the creaking door and entered I tugged on the hood of the jacket trying to pull it more over my head though that was futile. I tried my best to ignore all the stares I was receiving. I kept my head down and began walking towards the seat at the far end hidden away and I could already tell that Blaise and Theodore were there.

Blaise had a blake hoodie on to pulled over his head. Draco could still see face...emotionless. He had his hands on the table in each other joined like a ball.

Theodore wore a dark green hoodie pulled over his head to. Though Draco could still see the face of him. He had his hands folded on the table face blank.

Draco walked up to them and sat down. Blaise and Theodore looked at him then looked at each other then looked at him again.

Nobody's POV

          "Where the hell were you?" Blaise said in an angry whisper clearly not wanting to draw any attention.

"I woke up late" i lied. Blaise rose an eye brow clearly not convinced so was Theodore.
He sighed. They were his best friends even before Goyle and Crabbe could count to 10.

"Fine!" I exclaimed putting my hands up in the air in surrender making their eyebrows raise more.

"I got a letter fr-" I didn't get a chance to finish when the waitress came over.

"What can get you three?" She asked in a sweet voice.

Draco's face changed into a sneer, he didn't need no chirpy birds right now.

"Can't you see I was talking?" He growled at her. She cringed

"I...i'm sorry i didn't kn-"

"Yeah...whatever just get us three butterbeers" he ordered.

The girl didn't waste any extra time she scurried off. "Why so harsh?" Asked Theodore

"Listen I don't need no girls chirping over any of us now" I growled.

"Ok!Ok! Don't need to act like a drama queen" Theodore said. Draco growled but at he same time composed his figure and watched at the corner of his eyes as the girl came back with the three butterbeers he ordered.

"A...anything..else?" The girl asked stuttering over her words. Draco was gonna give a  harsh reply but Blaise beat him to it.

"No thank you." Blaise stated in a calm voice. Out of the corner of Draco's eyes he saw the girl smile then he watched Blaise, he was showing his famous 'girl magnet smile' as he would call it.

"You can go now" Draco stated to the girl, which was meant to be harsh....but it came out harsher than he was intending it to be. He saw the girl scurry away. He looked at Blaise, Blaise was giving him the 'I can't believe you did that' look.

Draco knew him to well.

Draco shrugged his shoulder.

"Alright..what climbed up your ass?" Theodore asked. Draco saw Blaise nod in agreement.

Draco hissed.

"I received a letter from Hogwarts....." Draco started trying to calm himself down. What happened to the chirpy Draco this morning that was hugging his mother? Draco thought.He sighed. He watched as Blaise and Theodore shared a glance. He sipped his butter beer. He saw Theodore and Blaise raise their glasses to their lips and took a sip to.

"And...well...errr..I was awarded with..Head Boy...." He stated looking down at his hands.

He looked up again as the glass slipped from one of his friends grip and within seconds all that could be heard was the sound of glass falling to the ground and breaking into tiny pieces. He bit his lips....probably should have took them somewhere else where didn't concern anything being broken.Draco hailed a waiter who was nearby and asked him to clean the mess up.

"Come on...I need to take a walk...trust me i was just as shocked as you are...I still am." he murmured. All he got was a nod from Blaise who was still shocked.

Draco, Blaise and Theodore emptied their glasses of Butter beer, waived another waiter over and asked for the cheque Draco paid, then they got up and left. Neither of the two boys said anything as they were still shocked, they just followed Draco into a alley and apparted with them to the manor.
