The moon shined as its light shimmered threw the leaves, making the partly built base shine a bluish color. Flare was awake staring at the forest below him and Pisces in the base. He had been staring at some fruit hanging from a tree. Flare was a bout to go and get the fruit when he heard something. Flares ears went back and his hackles raised. Then the owl that was with them flew out from a bush and landed next to Flare. Flares fur went back down on his back and he noticed the Owl eating a mouse. Flare realized how long it had been since had eaten. The mouses silver pelt rippled in the wind making Flare get more hungry. Flare quickly snatched it from the Owl and ate it Whole. The Owl got mad and attacked Flare which woke Pisces. "Quit! Go fight so me here else!" She said putting her hands on her ears. The two stopped fight. The owl looked at Flare with a glare Flare knew meant thirst for blood. Flare hissed and curled up next to Pisces happily. The owl ruffled his feathers and flew off. Flare watched the owl go and fell asleep.
