Dipper didn't know where to begin; though if something was wrong, then how could he prove it?
Was there even anything wrong? The thought buzzed in and out of his head.
Yes!
Dipper was startled, it was like he answered his own question, but he was sure that it was someone different.
The car pulled into the Shack.

Ford stood outside with a box.
"Here ya go kid, I completely rewrote my three journals with the copies your uncle made."
Inside were Journal 1 through 3 completely new.
"Oh cool, thanks so much."
I forgot about the journals. He thought as he took the box to his room.
He flipped through the seemingly new pages of the book.
Let's see is there anything on 'extreme memory loss?'" He kid himself.
It was almost as if what he 'thought' was real, was corrupted and he was receiving the residue of his original memory.
He didn't find anything on what he was looking for. He slammed the book shut and fell onto his bed.
What am I going to do?
He sat thoughtless for a minute until an idea arrived!
He sat up quickly.
If this is the wrong place in time then maybe I did something to make it that way. That would explain why I'm the only one with this lingering sense of deja vu. But what could I have done? Anyway if that's the case then maybe if I can try to relive my life 4 years ago, my natural memory might start up again and I'll find out what really going on! He exclaimed.
Or I'm just going insane. He laughed.
But he couldn't shake the feeling, no matter how hard he tried.
With no other option, Dipper rushed out the door to the staircase, where it all began.
