Ch 7

When we got to the house,I showered and Kate gave me pajamas but they were too small so I wore a shirt and a boxer from Aiden,we were in the living room talking and I overheard Kate saying

"So why don't you tell her that you love her"

"She wants to stay as friends"

I hope that Kate doesn't say anything of what I told her,I continued to listen.

"Is it because of the age,you're 25 and she's 21,that's just 4 years"

"You always act like if you're the older sibling"

"I'm 3 years younger than you and I just want you to settle down"

I then eased back to the bedroom because I forgot to shut the door,I shut it and pretend I now came out,I went to the living room and sat down,they changed the subject talking about work. Aiden's phone rang,he answered his jaw clenched ,

"I'll be right there" he said before ending the call,he got up

"We have to do a mission'

Kate and I followed Aiden to the bedroom,he went to the bookcase,Kate helped him shifting it ,he typed in the code and we entered. Aiden took some guns and knifes,while Kate got grabbling hooks,knifes and a gun.
Aiden tossed me a gun and I took a knife,we all put on bulletproof vests and got on suitable clothes,Kate and I put on leather jumpsuits and Aiden put on a shirt which showed off his torso,I bit my lip as I admired it,then we left. We got to headquarters and we got backup, we got to location and drove it was a warehouse, we found out that Cameron was running it. We got there,Aiden said"Be careful ". We entered the warehouse first,we crouched down behind some boxes. Men were there

"We need 32 of these boxes delivered to the boss tonight" one man said

"Why tonight"

"Do you want him to kill us" the man spat

The other man shook his head
The man opened one of the boxes and held up a substance in a bag, it was drugs. The backup came and ambush them,we then helped. Then more of the men came,one man grabbed my hand,I kicked him in his groin and kicked him to the ground. Kate was struggled with a man,I grabbed the man off of her and punched him in his face, his lip bled. We then finished and the backup got rid of the drugs and burned the warehouse down. We went back home ,Kate went straight to her bed exhausted, I was too. Aiden and I went to the bedroom, Aiden sat on the bed and had a first aid kid,he had a wound on his arm.

"Aiden,let me help"

I took some alcohol applying it,he winced and I put a band aid on it. We were close to each other,I took the time to admire him then I remembered He and Kate's talk,I couldn't take it anymore, I kissed him,he kissed me back,I locked my hands around his neck as his hand went on my waist,he flipped us around so that I was under him,we still kissed as his tongue explored my mouth,he was positioned between my legs and since I had on his shirt with no boxer because I was to lazy and he stripped down to his boxer,he grinded into me,I arched my back and moaned as I felt him big and hard against my core,he did it again and kissed down my neck,I trailed my hand down his chest, he groaned and then stiffened and got off me. I got up he sat at the edge of the bed just looking at the wall. I looked at him

"Aiden,what's wrong?"

"I can't Rose"

"Aiden."

"You said yourself that you just want to be friends"

"I'm sorry,Aiden"

"Rose,I'm sorry about just now"

I then confessed
"I heard when you and Kate were talking, is it about the age?"

He ran his hand through his hair
"No it isn't, I wish I could have you,I really do you have no idea"
"So why not"

He sighed"The job,if you get killed because of me I wouldn't be able to live anymore"

I went over to him

"Aiden,please let us just try for a while"

I need Aiden.
P
"Rose" he groaned

Then he kissed me with passion.

"We'll see if this work out, okay"

I grinned and then we turned off the light and laid in bed going to sleep.
