Okay! So sorry this has a slow beginning but it gets interesting fast...

I got up and stretched. I don't know how long I'd been lying down by the old pond, but it'd been a while. I often came here when things were really bad at home.
I was adopted, and my family hated me. I don't know completely why I was adopted, my father says it was because my real family hated me, but honestly I don't think he'd really known. They hated me though. They favored all of the other children. They hate me for no real reason, always have. And whenever things get really horrible at home, I come to "my spot".
My spot was an old pond that lay between a patch of woods. I always felt comfortable there, I'd go even if it was raining. The rain really didn't bother me, I actually always found rain soothing. I don't think anyone else ever ventured here.
It was quite odd. I was quite odd. That's another reason my family hates me, because I was weird. Because I wasn't their perfect little son. I'd never want to anyway.
The most /normal/ thing I did was watch YouTube. I did that a lot. Hehe yes.
I got up, I was tired of sitting around, I decided to take a walk through the forest. It would be a while before I could dare go back home, the argument was quite intense. Oh and also I was gay... That didn't help...
I had begun to walk, but was interrupted by a shuffling sound. Obviously things move since it's a forest, but I love to watch the wildlife, and whatever it is, it's large. I turn around and see a large dog looking at me. No it's a wolf... It can't be wolf, wolves aren't in England anyway. I looked at the creature and it looked back. It looked friendly though, it seemed like it had a small doggish smile.
It sniffed the air then looked at me again, like it expected me to do something. He moved his ears and head like he wanted me to come. I walked slowly towards the creature, and it stayed put.
When I finally "Hi little guy!" I said in a high pitched voice, he gave me an annoyed look then it went back to its normal friendly dog smile appearance. "Okay, how about hello little man!" I laughed, his tail wagged happily. It seemed like he could understand me.
The dogs face went serious quickly, then he shocked me "Come on!" He spoke. HE SPOKE! "What? You're a dog! And-and you talked!" I said in amazement "Yes and so can you!" He spoke again. His voice was familiar, very familiar, "But we have nothing in common, you're a dog!" I said still shocked. "Hehe! We have more in common then you think!" He laughed "And I'm a wolf for your information!" He added sounding more serious now "What do you mean?" I said my mouth open in shock "I mean I'm a wolf not a dog!" He said matter-of-factly "No! Not that, I mean what do you mean we have a lot in common!" I demanded. "Oh that... Umm I'll tell you in a bit, but we really do!" He said in a hurry. "Now COME ON!!" He yelled. "What? Why?" I demanded again "Why would I take advice from a do-wolf anyway!" I said, very confused. "Just come on!" He growled "And hey! I'm not just wolf!" He added.
We ran, I had to have gone insane. I was following a talking wolf to some unknown destination. We reached the edge of the forest after a while when he spoke again.
"Still don't believe it do ya?" He asked with a laugh "I swear I've gone mental..." I said quietly "We are going to have to go into town for a while!" He spoke happily then turned human. Wow. WAIT WHAT! "What?!" I said quickly in absolute horror "Yep! That's it! I've gone mental!" I said in disbelief, for in front of me of me was Phil. Amazingphil....
