Mystery girl's POV: I am in the kitchen now. I grabbed a can of tuna from the cabinet that is all I will need. I might as well take this time to explain. Yes. I did lie to David. Before you start thinking I am a bad person I want you to know I only did it to protect him. "From what?" You may ask well I will not say. Just know I would not lie to him without a reason. Not all of what I told him was a lie though. It is your job to separate the lies from the truths. I will not say if you are right or wrong. Think of it as a game. Like a detective game only you may never know whether you won or lost, If the criminal got away or not, or if you caught him. Sometimes I feel as if it is all a game and I will die without knowing if I won or lost. Maybe it is better that way.
What was true and what was a lie? Maybe we will never know. What was she protecting David from it was just a picture of her and that boy? Or was it? Maybe there is more to her story than we think.
