What was he doing here? Bats didn't tell me that KF over there was going to be in school with me. "You're late, Mr..." "West. Wally West." "Well, Mr. West, we were just starting attendance. Please take an avilable seat." He starting looking around the room and started walking over to the seat behind me. I hope he didn't see me. I really do. I focused on the front of the classroom where Mrs. Jean kept running attendance. Then I felt something hit my back. I looked down and there was a piece of paper crumpled up on the floor. I bent down and picked it up. When I opened it I read: Hey, Wolfie. Darn it, he must've heard my name. I tried to play it cool and wrote: Hey, Speedy. I made the paper into a ball and threw it behind me. I heard the paper hit Wally in the head and him muttering an 'Ouch'. I let out a chuckle. "Since it's the first day, I'll let you guys do whatever you want instead of being bored out of your minds listening to me go on about the rules and stuff. Socialize and get to know your fellow classmates." Mrs. Jean said, allowing us to have free time. I think I'm gonna like this teacher. I recieved a tap on my shoulder and turned to the left, seeing a girl with short purple hair."Hi, I'm Rachel. Rachel Roth. How you doin'?" The pale girl asked me while extending her hand. "Hermione Quinzel, but my friends call me Herm." I said while shaking her hand. "Nice to meet you, Hermione. Do you happen to know where we're supposed to get our class schedules? I used to be homeschooled and have no absolute idea about how things work here." She said with a cheeky smile. "Yeah, we're supposed to get them at the office after recess. I can take you to it if you want." I told her, letting go of her hand. She nodded and gave me a thankful look. We started talking about what we do on our free time, where we come from, you know, conversation starters, until we got interrupted by someone saying:"Hey, Hermione." I turned around and saw the green-eyed red head waving at me. I waved at him and said nervously:"Hi." Rachel took a step forward and stood beside me while pointing at Wally, saying:"Who's that?" "I'm her boyfriend. Ain't that right, Babe?" A faint blush spread across my cheeks while I chuckled:"Yeah, right. This is my FRIEND Wally." "Ouch. Stuck in the friend zone. For now.'' He said smirking. "I'm Rachel." She said chuckling. "I'm letting you guys out early, so that you have time to get yout schedules. The office is right down the hall. Have a nice day." The middle age-ish woman told us. The group of students started exiting the classroom hurriedly. When I was about to turn to be on my way for the office I was yanked back by someone. I screeched slightly, but started laughing when I saw it was Wally. He lead me to the stairs opposite to where the office was. "Bats told me we have to identify the 5 main Titans and get closer to them. We need to know where Brother Blood is keeping them. I already know who Raven and Starfire are. I'll tell Myna to approach Star and you're already friends with Raven..." "What do you mean? I don't know who Raven is." "You actually do and she's heading this way right now." He told me gesturing for someone who was walking over to me. No way. Raven is Rachel Roth.
