The Bully

'Leave me! I beg You!' Sam Yelped. 'Make Me" said the bully Laughing. Suddenly the School bell rang and everyone rushed towards the exit which gave Sam a chance to escape.He ran towards the exit when he bumped into his best friend, Alex.They decided to walk the way home.While they walked, They talked about Video games and exchanged stories about the latest books they had read.Sam dropped Alex off and waved him Goodbye.

Sam was walking on the road when he saw dark grey clouds moving towards his direction.Soon it started raining. Sam ran towards his house which was about 4 to 5 blocks away.While running, He felt as if somebody was following him. He stopped and looked back but saw no-one. He started to run again, this time even faster.He was relived when he saw his house. He slowed down and entered the gate.Just as he touched the door knob, He felt a rough hand on his back. It was Travis, The school bully. Sam stopped dead in his tracks and didn't move an inch. Travis was a strong boy who wore ragged blue jeans and a black shirt which said "Bully".

Travis grabbed Sam by the collar of his shirt and picked him up. Sam was too terrified to run or scream. While panicking, Sam accidentally poked Travis's eye and kicked him on the stomach, Which bought Sam a chance to run.Without Hesitation, He broke free of Travis's strong grip,opened the door and locked it from the inner side. Sam put his bag away and went into the kitchen and found his small brother,Ned and his Mother having lunch.

'Sam Your Late!' Mom said.

'I'm sorry it started raining and...'

'And?And what? You went to Alex's house? Am i Right?'

'No,its..its just...a problem' Sam said with hesitation.

'Which Kind?'

'Umm...its actually Ughh...Bullying...'

'What! How! Who!?'

'Relax Mom..Its just a kid whose been troubling me...'

'and why is that?'

The sky Rumbled and Thunder struck the ground...

'Uhh...Umm.. i got to go Mom..See you later'

'Wait!'

Sam ran upwards to his room without looking back and locked the door tight. Sam grabbed his latest novel which he had been reading, A Journey to Space. Sam was a poor boy who lived with his mom and brother..His father was in the army but was killed during a war between some local U.S cities. Sam was bullied in school just because he was intelligent and was a big Nerd. He was asked by Travis to do Travis's home work but Sam refused and was bullied ever since. Sam was collecting books and making his own library..He was on his 75th book. A Journey to Space. After an hour of reading Sam put away his book and bookmarked his page.He saw the picture of his father hung on the wall,He smiled when he saw it, it was his favorite picture. Soon tears started rolling over his cheeks but he had to wipe them away because he thought he heard a knock on his door. He got up from his reading chair and opened the door, it was his mom..
