alyssa ~

hi! my name is Alyssa. Alyssa Steinnfield as a matter of fact. *smile*. My parents are very wealthy, but it is because of my father. He is a lawyer, but also works 2 other jobs at the same time. That is why I honestly look up to him and gives me inspiration in life. My mother is a stay-at-home-mom, but I don't really feel the tension and love from her as much as my father. Nevertheless, I love them both equally, but my father is truly my purpose.

On a scale from 1-10 of the popularity in my school, I'm honestly a 4. I am not really the most popular, but I do have friends, a boyfriend (which I will get to later), and I am top 5% in my class and president of the pre-algebra club. So yep, 4/10% popular.

Now on to the yucky part, my boyfriend. You might think what I am going to say is 'lovy-dovey' and 'cute', but, sorry to say, but I hate his guts. The strikingly odd part, is that my own mother picked him out for me. Some new neighbors moved in to my neighborhood about 1 year ago, and my mother passed by their house and talked to their parents, got along, and then this happened. Can you guess how much I've been with this guy? 1 year! Yup! Right when the 'Jeffersons' moved in, poof, the snobby Jefferson became my boyfriend. Henry Jefferson to be exact. Even his name sounds snobby-but not as snobby as he is. He dresses like your average 'rich selfish boy' by wearing those "custom made" and "brand no one can pronounce" knitted shirts, khaki, white, or light colored shorts, and white or brown laced up boots or shoes I don't even know nor care. He knows that he is rich, and he just spoils it out to the entire school-and world-to know. That's why I hate him. He's not my type AT ALL! And yes, I know what you're thinking, "why don't you break up with him?" Well Einstein, great question. If I do decide to break up with him, he will ruin my reputation of a student, friend, and person by....well..... leaking a very suspicious rumor about me giving him 10 grand for being his girlfriend. Don't know why, but, yep. That's what I have to deal with.

But the best part is, I get to spill all these things to my best friend Savannah. But she isn't you're typical teenager, she can act like a real 5 year old around me and I love her to death. And honestly, she makes my life better unlike this dimwit of a boy Henry.
