Yoongi's POVI walk into the kitchen and pick up my coffee mug looking into its blackish contents before downing it in one long gulp.
"That's fucking discussing!" I look at Taehyung with a frown as I hold out my mug. "Where did you get this?"
He takes my mug from my outstretched hand and dumps it in the sink. "I don't know just some shop I came across a few streets back."
I look at him suspiciously. "Not the same place we got that chicken curry?"
"Yep! And for your information, I actually liked that curry. I was very......interesting."
"Well don't ever go there again! I swear that place is trying to kill us." I look over at the clock on the wall by the sink, where Taehyung is drying his hands on a tea towel after washing up the breakfast plates.
7.15am
"Shit! What was this job interview for again?" Taehyung turns round to stare at me incredulously.
"How many times have I told you this already! A coffee shop. It's a coffee shop, got it!" He throws the tea towel in my face.
"You're never going to get this stupid job if you don't get your head out of your ass!" I take the towel of my face and throw it in the washing basket."I'm not going to keep paying for you to stay here much longer I've got my own stuff I wanna be able to pay for."
I laugh slightly. "Easy solider! I'm just messing with you and besides, I know you wouldn't chuck me out like that."I quickly grab my shoes and slip them on my feet tucking in the laces into the sides, being to lazy to tie them. I pick up my phone and house keys from the kitchen counter and step out the door , giving Taehyung one last look before shutting the door behind me.
"Huh, don't be so sure hyungie."
-----------------------------------------------------------
I arrive outside the front of coffee shop slightly out of breath due to the short sprit I ran to cross the busy road. My first impression of the coffee shop is that it was small, but walking inside it looked to be quite cozy.
It had two glass windows either side of the front door which had the sign for 'Spill the Beans' coffee shop hanging above. Inside there was a wooden floor with sofa like seats and rugs under the low coffee tables. There was even a small electric fire the far side of the room giving if a pleasant, comforting heat.
I walked up to the long glass counter that displayed many chocolates, cakes and biscuits, all looking to be homemade. I carried on and made my way to the wooden section of the counter where the coffee machine and till were set up.
There was a guy at the counter in the process of serving someone with an overly enthusiastic smile on his face that made his eyes disappear into his cheeks, his hair was a bright orange like fallen autumn leaves. Once the customer left with their coffee I stepped up to the counter and smiled.
"What can I get for you this morning sir?"
"Erm, I'm actually here to see the owner I'm supposed to have an interview at 8 o'clock."
"Ah of course he said you would be here around this time, I know you're not one of our regulars, just come with me and I'll take you to him."He lead me around the counter and through the back of the shop which was quite dark and cramped but still had the strong smell of coffee in the air.
"My name's Jimin by the way, it's nice to meet you! With it being a small place we don't really get to see many new faces."
"I'm Yoongi, how come the owner didn't come out to meet me wouldn't that have been easier, or is he just really busy?"Jimin let out a sharp laugh that ended up sounding like a hiccup. "No its not that it's just Jin doesn't trust him on the shop floor without breaking a least one of the plates."
"But he's the owner! How can he not run the shop."
"Oh he does, he just sticks with dealing with the orders and stuff like that while Jin hyung and me deal with the customers."We arrive at a what I assume to be the owners office. Jimin knocks on the door and walks in signalling for me to say put. I stand there rather awkwardly in the narrow corridor with my hands clutched behind my back. When Jimin comes back out he gives me a smile and tells me to go in.
"You'll be fine, he's surprisingly easy to talk to."
Well that's a small mercy, I never liked it when people tried to intimate me even though I'm seen as the intimating type sometimes myself by some people.
"Right, thanks." Jimin walks away with a small wave of his hand back down though the small corridor as I open the door and enter the office, or in this case a small room with a desk.
The room had this horrible fading red carpet a small window behind the desk. The person behind the desk stood up and smiled at me, the first thing I noticed were his dimples. He also had platinum blond hair perfectly styled and he was wearing a light beige blazer and pants with a blue checkered shirt. He definitely didn't look like he owned a coffee shop that's for sure.
"My name's is Namjoon, I'm the owner of 'Spill the Beans' coffee shop take a seat and I'll just ask you a few questions."
By the way he said that it sound like he would be here for a while, after all none of the interviews before went according to plan, I sat down trying to get as comfortable as possible expecting it to be a very long day ahead.
I hope u liked this chapter, I tried to make it longer I hope it isn't boring but once all the characters are introduced I can get more into it then, so please bear with me! And a big thank u to everyone who votes and comments on my story I really appreciate it!😘😍
