Stuff you should know:
I have a best friend named Avalon.
She's weird.
She's the only one who knows about my crush. Or should I say "lost love"?? She doesn't know what exactly happened between us two. No one does, actually. No one remembers the "incident."
Anyways... yea. She's a matchmaker. She's already gotten like fifty couples together... *whistle* She's been trying to get Ethan and I back together again ever since sixth grade, which is when Avalon and I became friends. (We're in 8th grade now). Scratch that, she's actually just trying to get him to ask me out, hoping that we wil stay attached to each other. (Like that'll happen.)
ALL of the girls in our grade are drooling and fighting for him. Ok, not all. Some are trying to be indifferent about him, but totes fangirling in the inside, others... well..... they just don't care about him. Like Avalon. Sure, he's pretty good-looking. And yea, he flirts. But that don't mean he can flirt well! I mean, he freakin flirts like a FLY. OR A WHALE. NO SCRATCH THAT WHALES CAN FLIRT. UH. A HIPPO. OR A STAPLER. OR A TISSUE. OR MACARONI. OR TACOS. OMG TACOS WHO WANTS A TACO. OK SORRY. GOT SIDETRACKED LOL. :P
AVALON POV
I have tried and tried and tried and tried to get those two together-- the perfect couple, but Ethan is ONE. TOUGH. COOKIE. Meh. Plan Z. Activate!!!!!!!!!!
"Hey! Yo! Ethan!" I shouted over the crowd of students in an attempt to get Ethan's attention.
"Ew, it's Avalon." He says, with a sneer.
"Ew, it's Ethan." I promptly reply. "Do you know where Kelly is?"
"Uhh-"
"Wait do you know who she is?" I asked. He obviously knows that she exists on this earth, but he needs to do better than what he does if he wants to play it dumb.

FIVE MIN. LATER, JUST KIDDING, LIKE 10 SECONDS LATER
"Earth to Ethan!! Hello..... Are you awake???" I yell.
"Huh! What oh hey." he snaps out of his trance and looks at me. "Who's Kelly?" Idiot.
"You know what? I'll show you who she is later. She's actually super smart and pretty." I say, trying to give a good first impression.
"Okay then...." He says.
"Yea well, byeeeeeee!!!" I reply. Wow. I need to tell Kelly about what happened. She probably knows.
