Third POV

Ludwig looked along them, pricking the letter out of hands. He shook a tad, a bit afraid of what it could say... He began to open the letter, the rest of the countries watched longingly. He took out a paper and unfolded it, it was written in German.... He looked up to Kiku then the rest of them and began to read.

'Ludwig,
I know this letter most likely won't get to you unless I've faded, but I need to vent, I want so badly to say to you "I forgive you" I long to say that your doing suck a great job at recovering from your mistakes, I can only wish I was as mature as you. You know where you and your allies stand, you know you did something wrong when you killed... Them.... I must say, no hard feelings, not from what you did, and not from WW2, I hope you can forgive me for any future mistakes as well.... thank you, your strength inspired me to become who I am, and I'm happy.
-Alfred Jones'

Ludwig finished, his face was so touched, he put down the letter and picked another one "England," bright blue eyes met Arthur's green eyes.
