Whenever I talk
Whenever I laugh
Whenever I utter a noise
I realize how annoying
And how stupid I am
I tell myself
To stop talking
To stop laughing
To stop making any noise
And maybe one day
I'll tell myself
To stop breathing
Because maybe that's best
