"Get up!" my mom yelled. "You don't want to be late for your last day of school.
"Okay Mom" I yelled back. "I am almost ready!" That realy was a lie. Her yelling was actually the only thng that woke me up.
I slapped on a blue shirt with some gray sweat pants. As soon as I had finished getting ready, I ran downstairs and drank some chocolate milk quickly since school had started 5 minutes ago. I ran to my new car I got for my 16th birthday and drove as fast as the speed limit would let me. Finally, I arived at my school and I ran to History class. Luckily, all they were doing was signing yearbooks.
"Mikayla, you're late. Why is that?" Mr. Wood said.
"I'm really sorry,'' I said. "My mom woke me up." I answerd.
"Well don't let it happen next year," he teased "Settle down class I know that it is the last day of school, but Principal C. wants all students in 10th grade to have a pop quiz at the end of the year," Mr. Wood said while passing out the quiz. After he graded my paper I was really worried about my grade. I really have never been very good at history. I saw I got an 85% which is an B- in my school. I was very pleased with my grade. At the end of the day I said bye to all of my friends and went to my car. There was only one problem. My car wasn't in the place I parked it.
