Julian's pov

"So, how do you think about Los Angeles? I know you loved Florida but change is good right" dad asked. "Yeah, I love Los Angeles. I kinda miss Andrea though, it's weird living in a house without her but i'll get use to it." I said. Dad looked at me and put his hand on his shoulder "She'll visit us soon with Ryan."
I smiled and walked upstairs to Jovani.

"Bro, I just went to our school website and it's so lit. For lunch, you have pizza and fries. We never had that when we were going to school back in Florida. Man I love LA!" Jovani said with a big smile. "Nice" i said softly. Jovani looked at me and asked. "Why are you so quiet today? This is LA, you should be hyped" I looked down on the floor and said "You know, today when we visit our new school and went to our Spanish class. I saw this girl who was in that class. I couldn't take my eyes off her. She had this beautiful long brown hair, blue eyes and this amazing smile." Jovani looked at me like I was crazy "dude, you are out of this world. I never heard you talking like that about a girl. You should go talk to her" he said. "When?" I asked. "Wait, when are we having Spanish?" jovani asked. I looked down on my phone to see the school schedule and I said "tomorrow" Jovani smiled and said "Right! Go talk to her in the spanish class. Ugh i'm so good."
I touched my haird and thought to myself if I should go talk to her? She's probably not interested in me, I mean she barely even looked at me when I was in her class. So there will never be something between us. "Nah, I don't think she's interested in me" I said. Jovani rolled his eyes and said "if you like someone, you should have confindence to talk to her but whatever, I don't mind."

It's the next day, that means officially school day in LA. I'm actually pretty excited, mostly because i'm gonna be in a class with her. With Selena.
Once I was in school, I went straight to my lockers to get my books. I looked at my right and I saw Selena standing right there taking out her books. She looked at me while I was staring at her? Would she notice it that I was looking at her? Nah I don't think so. I put my books into my locker and turned around, and then... I bumped into Selena and her books fell on the ground. "Oh i'm so sorry, here let me help you" I said. "It's okay, really though." She said. I never knew her voice was so cute. "Are you hurt?" I asked. She stood up and looked me in the eyes. "No, i'm fine. But I have to go to class now. See ya around" she said and walked away. "I'll see you, Selena" I said to myself. It was weird. When I touched her, I felt this connection. A strong connection.

Selena's pov;
I was Science, and all I could think about is that Julian touched me. It felt weird but good. I felt something, something special between us. But he's probably not into me.. "MRS GILBERT, GIVE ATTENTION TO THE CLASS" Mr McCall yelled. "Uh yes sir, i'm sorry" I said. Lydia whisperd in my ear and asked "what is up to you? You're in a completly different world" I sighed and said "I will say it later okay, Lyd."
"Alright" she said.

*lunch time*
"Okay, so can you still explain why you were in your world in Science?" Lydia asked. I put down my sandwich and said "okay, so I was at locker this morning and I was putting out my books. So at the corner I saw Julian, he was standing at his locker. He was basically staring at me, I saw it." Lydia cut me while I was talking "OMG HE TOTALLY DIGS YOU SEL.." She said. "Ssshh, Lyd. Let me finish my story, Science class was in his direction so while I was walking. He turned around and we bumped into eachother. My books fell and he helped me. He touched my hand. And it felt.. Good. I guess" I said. Lydia sat there speechless "he totally likes you, Sel. Admit or not. He totally does" she said confident. I rolled my eyes and said "No, he doe.." Lydia cut me off and said "stop lying, you know he likes you. But you just can't handle the truth." "He just helped me when I books fell. That's it. It doesn't mean that he likes me, he was just being nice. So stop, Lydia." I said sadly.
