Something Serious....

Since I was curious about 'Melatonin' and the side effects of it because a few months ago I took two melatonin pills. BAD IDEA I got no sleep because of these bumps I got so I looked some stuff up and it might have been from a Melatonin overdose or I'm allergic to it. There have even been cases of the same thing happening from this 'medicine' and this is part of a article I found saying "Although uncommon, allergic reactions to melatonin have been reported. Stop taking melatonin and seek emergency medical attention if you experience symptoms of a serious allergic reaction including difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives." Yep that happened to me so I thought "do I have a allergy to it?" I think I'm right.
